Claims (14)
- 인-피독된(phosphorous-poisoned) SCR 촉매의 재생 방법으로서,
약 10 내지 약 14 범위의 pH에서 인-피독된 촉매를 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 또는 이것들의 조합인, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 약 176℉ 이하의 온도에서 처리되는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 또는 이것들의 조합인, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
인-피독된 촉매를 담금조(soaking bath), 초음파 처리 용액 또는 이것들의 조합에서 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 담금조 또는 초음파 처리 용액이 표면 활성 물질을 추가로 포함하는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 약 60℉ 내지 약 140℉ 범위의 온도에서 처리되는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 촉매가 약 120℉ 내지 약 130℉ 범위의 온도에서 처리되는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 pH가 약 12 내지 약 13 범위인, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법. - 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 세정 방법으로서,
상기 촉매를 담금조, 초음파 처리 용액, 또는 이것들의 조합 중에 침지함으로써 인-피독된 촉매를 알칼리 금속 수산화물로 세정하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 담금조 또는 초음파 처리 용액은 약 10 내지 약 14 범위의 pH 및 약 60℉ 내지 약 140℉ 범위의 온도를 가지는, 인-피독된 SCR 촉매의 세정 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
