Claims (27)
- 포백(布帛)의 표면이 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 포백으로서,상기 폴리머 도트의 크기는 평균 최대 직경이 0.5 ㎜ 이하이고,상기 포백은 표면에 요철을 갖는 직물 또는 편물이고,상기 직물에서는 날실이 씨실 상에 적층하여 이루어지는 교차부 및 씨실이 날실 상에 적층하여 이루어지는 교차부 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 직물 표면의 볼록부를 형성하고,상기 편물에서는 실교차부 및 실루프부 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 편물 표면의 볼록부를 형성하고,상기 볼록부의 40%∼100%는 상기 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 도트의 표면 피복량은 0.2 g/㎡∼3.0 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 도트 사이의 평균 피치는 1 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 도트의 크기는 평균 최대 직경이 0.03 ㎜ 이상, 0.3 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포백은 표면에 요철을 갖는 직물로서, 날실이 씨실 상에 적층하여 이루어지는 교차부 및 씨실이 날실 상에 적층하여 이루어지는 교차부 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 직물 표면의 볼록부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포백은 표면에 요철을 갖는 편물로서, 실교차부 및 실루프부 중 적어도 어느 한쪽이 편물 표면의 볼록부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포백 표면의 오목부는 상기 폴리머 도트에 의해 실질적으로 피복되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 도트의 폴리머와 포백을 구성하는 폴리머는 동일 종류의 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포백을 구성하는 폴리머는 폴리아미드이고, 상기 폴리머 도트는 폴리아미드 가교체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포백의 마모 후 발수도는 상기 폴리머 도트 피복 전의 포백의 마모 후 발수도보다도 1급 이상 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 포백.
- 제1항에 기재한 포백을 이용한 섬유 제품.
- 제1항에 기재한 포백을 이용한 착의 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 포백은 착의 제품의 어깨, 팔꿈치, 무릎, 소매 또는 옷단 부분의 적어도 일부에 사용되고, 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 면이 겉이 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착의 제품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 포백은 착의 제품의 안감의 적어도 일부에 사용되고, 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 면이 이면(신체측)이 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착의 제품.
- 표면에 오목 셀을 갖는 그라비아 패턴롤에 폴리머 조성물을 도포하는 공정과,상기 그라비아 패턴롤의 폴리머 조성물을 제1항의 포백의 표면에 전사하여 상기 포백의 표면을 폴리머 도트로 피복하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 제조 방법.
- 가요성 필름과상기 가요성 필름에 적층된 제1항에 기재한 포백을 포함하고,상기 가요성 필름은 상기 포백의 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 면의 반대측에 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름은 방수성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름은 방수 투습성 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 방수 투습성 필름은 소수성 수지로 이루어지는 다공질 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 수지로 이루어지는 다공질 필름은 다공질 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 수지로 이루어지는 다공질 필름은 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 포백이 적층되어 있는 측의 반대측에 친수성 수지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 필름은 제2 포백을 더 포함하고, 상기 제2 포백은 상기 가요성 필름의 폴리머 도트로 피복된 포백이 적층되어 있는 측의 반대측에 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 포백.
- 제18항에 기재한 복합 포백을 이용한 섬유 제품.
- 제18항에 기재한 복합 포백을 이용한 착의 제품.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 복합 포백은 착의 제품의 어깨, 팔꿈치, 무릎, 소매 또는 옷단 부분의 적어도 일부에 사용되고, 폴리머 도트로 피복되어 있는 면이 겉이 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착의 제품.
