Claims (10)
- 내부 온도가 260 내지 320℃이고, 압력이 50 내지 120 bar인 반응기로 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)에 대하여 1.005 내지 1.015 몰비의 모노메틸아민(MMA)를 함유하는 모노메틸아민(MMA) 수용액 및 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)을 공급하여 상기 모노메틸아민과 감마-부티로락톤의 반응에 의해 생성된 N-메틸 피롤리돈(NMP)과 물을 분리하고, 분리된 물은 모노메틸아민과 혼합하여 상기 모노메틸아민 수용액을 몰비가 유지되도록 제조하여 반응기로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분리된 물은 온도 100 내지 300℃, 압력 0 내지 70 bar로 운전되는 하나 이상의 분리장치에서 회수되어 모노메틸아민 수용액을 제조하여 반응기로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모노메틸아민(MMA) 수용액은 모노메틸아민(MMA) 25 내지 65 중량%와 물 35 내지 75 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모노메틸아민(MMA)은 81 내지 100%의 순도를 가지며, 불순물로 디메틸아민(DMA) 0 내지 19% 및 트리메틸아민(TMA) 0 내지 19%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)은 무정제 또는 정제 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)인 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 무정제 또는 정제 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)은 1,4-부탄다이올(BDO)로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 무정제 또는 정제 감마-부티로락톤(GBL)은 80.000 내지 99.999%의 순도를 가지며, 불순물로 C3 알콜, C4 알콜, 테트라하이드로퓨란, C3 알데히드, 하이드록시테트라하이드로퓨란 및 1,4-부탄다이올로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 0.001 내지 20.000%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분리된 N-메틸 피롤리돈은 증류장치를 이용하여 정제되며, 이온교환수지를 통과시켜 0.2 ㎛ 이상의 입자를 포함하지 않고 2 ppb 이하의 금속을 포함하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸 피롤리돈의 제조방법.
