Claims (6)
- 촉매가 내장된 반응기에 출발물질을 기상으로 공급하여 반응시켜 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 촉매로 제올라이트-X(Zeolite-X)에 K 또는 Cs를 고착시킨 K/Zeolite-X 또는 Cs/Zeolite-X를 사용하여 반응기에 내장한 다음, 상기 반응기를 200∼500℃로 승온한 후 출발물질로 2-피롤리돈(2-pyrrolidone)과 메탄올을 10∼5000hr-1의 공간속도로 공급하여 연속적으로 반응시키고, 반응에 의해 생성된 생성물은 컬럼크로마토그래피로 분리해내고 미반응물은 반복적으로 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 반응기로 공급되는 2-피롤리돈에 대한 메탄올의 몰비가 1:1∼100인 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 반응기로 공급되는 2-피롤리돈에 대한 메탄올의 몰비가 1:3∼5인 것을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 촉매가 내장된 반응기의 온도가 250∼350℃임을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 출발물질인 2-피롤리돈(2-pyrrolidone)과 메탄올의 공간속도가 1000∼2000hr-1 임을 특징으로 하는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈의 제조방법.
