Claims (14)
- 무기 입자와, 무기 바인더와, 무기 섬유를 포함하고, 길이 방향을 따라 일방의 끝면으로부터 타방의 끝면으로 연신되는 복수의 셀이 셀벽에 의해 구획된 형상의 허니컴 유닛을 구비한 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 무기 섬유는, 생체 용해성의 무기 화합물로 이루어지고,상기 무기 섬유의 평균 섬유 길이는 30 ~ 150 ㎛ 이며, 평균 섬유 직경은 4 ~ 7 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유는, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속을 포함하고, SiO2 함유량이 70 질량% 이상, Al2O3 함유량이 2 질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는, 제올라이트, 알루미나, 티타니아, 실리카, 지르코니아, 및 세리아 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무기 입자는 제올라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, 2 차 입자를 포함하고, 상기 제올라이트의 2 차 입자의 평균 입자경이 0.5 ~ 10 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, β 형 제올라이트, Y 형 제올라이트, 페리어라이트, ZSM-5 형 제올라이트, 모데나이트, 포우저사이트, 제올라이트 A, 또는 제올라이트 L 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는, 실리카와 알루미나의 몰비 (실리카/알루미나비) 가 30 ~ 50 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는 Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Zn, Mn, Ti, Ag, 또는 V 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이온 교환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무기 바인더는, 알루미나 졸, 실리카 졸, 티타니아 졸, 물유리, 세피올라이트 졸, 및 아타풀자이트 졸 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛의 개구율은, 50 ~ 65 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 셀벽의 기공율은, 25 ~ 40 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 셀벽의 두께는, 0.15 ~ 0.35 ㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 허니컴 유닛이, 접착재를 통해 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
