Claims (11)
- 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 고체 촉매의 존재 하에서 가압하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법으로서,상기 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액의 수소 이온 농도가 10-6 ∼ 10-3M 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 용액 혹은 현탁액을 사용하여, 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,질소, 산소, 질소 산화물, 이산화탄소, 헬륨, 아르곤, 네온, 물 및 공기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 사용하여, 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르보닐 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,카르보닐 화합물은, 알데히드 화합물, 케톤 화합물, 또는 알데히드 화합물 및 케톤 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,0 ∼ 250℃ 에서 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,카르보닐 화합물은, 부틸알데히드인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 제조 방법.
- 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르복실산 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 고체 촉매의 존재 하에서 가압하는 에스테르화된 폴리비닐알코올 수지의 제조 방법으로서,상기 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르복실산 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액의 수소 이온 농도가 10-6 ∼ 10-3M 인 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화된 폴리비닐알코올 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르복실산 화합물을 함유하는 용액 혹은 현탁액을 사용하여, 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르복실산 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화된 폴리비닐알코올 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,질소, 산소, 질소 산화물, 이산화탄소, 헬륨, 아르곤, 네온, 물 및 공기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 사용하여, 폴리비닐알코올 수지와 카르복실산 화합물을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화된 폴리비닐알코올 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,0 ∼ 250℃ 에서 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화된 폴리비닐알코올 수지의 제조 방법.
