Claims (22)
- 용매 중에 하나 이상의 폴리알켄 아민을 포함하는 폴리알켄 아민 제제로서,상기 용매는 S1) 하나 이상의 n- 또는 iso-C10-C14 파라핀, 및 S2) 하나 이상의 C10-C14 나프텐의 혼합물에서 선택되는 것이고, S1 및 S2는 10:90 내지 90:10의 혼합비로 존재하는 것이며,상기 제제는 하기 저온성 중 하나 이상을 가지는 것인 제제:a) -28℃ 이하의 운점(雲点, cloud point)(DIN ISO 3015 또는 DIN EN 23015로 측정);b) -27℃ 이하의 유동점(DIN ISO 3016으로 측정); 및c) 약 -35℃의 온도에서 저장한 후 실질적으로 결정이 침전되지 않음.
- 제1항에 있어서,-27 내지 -55℃ 범위의 유동점,-28 내지 -51℃ 범위의 운점, 또는-27 내지 -55℃ 범위의 유동점 및 -28 내지 -51℃ 범위의 운점을 가지는 것인 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,용매가650 내지 900 kg/㎥ 범위의 밀도(15℃, ASTM D 4052, EN ISO 12185-1996),1.0 내지 5.0 ㎟/s 범위의 점도(20℃, ASTM D 445), 또는650 내지 900 kg/㎥ 범위의 밀도(15℃, ASTM D 4052, EN ISO 12185-1996) 및 1.0 내지 5.0 ㎟/s 범위의 점도(20℃, ASTM D 445)를 가지는 것인 제제.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리알켄 아민이 하기 성질 중 하나 이상을 가지는 폴리이소부텐으로부터 유래된 폴리이소부텐 아민(PIBA)인 것인 제제:a) 폴리이소부텐을 기준으로 하여, 비닐리덴 이중 결합의 분획이 70 몰% 이상;b) 85 중량% 이상의 이소부텐 단위로 구성된 폴리이소부텐 중합체 구조;c) 1.05 내지 7 범위의 다중분산도(polydispersity).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리알켄 아민이 폴리알켄과 하기 화학식 I의 아민과의 반응 생성물인 것인 제제:[화학식 1]HNR1R2상기 화학식에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 H, C1-C18-알킬, C2-C18-알케닐, C4-C18-시클로알킬, C1-C18-알킬아릴, 히드록시-C1-C18-알킬, 폴리(옥시알킬), 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 폴리알킬렌 이민 라디칼이거나; 또는 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 헤테로시클릭 고리이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 PIBA가 반응성 PIB의 히드로포밀화 및 이후의 환원성 아민화의 반응 생성물인 것인 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 반응성 PIB의 히드로포밀화 및 이후의 환원성 아민화의 공정 용매인 것인 제제.
- 제1항에서 정의된 용매를 포함하는 혼합물 중 PIBA를 포함하는 PIB 제제로서, PIBA는 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 63 중량% 이상의 분획으로 존재하는 것인 PIB 제제.
- 연료 또는 윤활제의 주성분으로, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제제를 첨가제로서 유효한 양으로 포함하는 연료 또는 윤활제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, a) 연료 또는 윤활제 조성물용 첨가제, 또는 b) 인쇄 잉크용 첨가제로 사용하기 위한 것인 제제.
- 제17항에 있어서, 가솔린 연료의 흡입 시스템 세정 작용을 개선시키기 위한 첨가제로서 사용하기 위한 것인 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제제를 포함하는 첨가제 팩키지.
- PIBA의 저온 수행성을 개선시키기 위한, 제1항에 정의된 S1과 S2의 용매 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 폴리알켄 아민 제제의 제조 방법으로서,a) 폴리알켄을 용매에 용해시키고;b) 용액을 CO 및 H2의 존재하에 그 자체로 공지된 방식으로 히드로포밀화시키며;c) 얻어진 옥소 생성물을 아민 존재하에 수소화 조건하에서 아민화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 용액 총 중량을 기준으로 40 중량% 이하의 용매 분획을 가지는 용액이 제조되는 것인 방법.
