Claims (10)
- 하우징 블록(10)을 구비한, 자동차의 전자 제어 가능한 브레이크 장치용 유압 유닛(11)으로서, 상기 하우징 블록은 전자 제어 장치를 위한 적어도 하나의 장착면(12, 14), 압력 매체를 유압 유닛(11)에 공급하기 위한 유압 연결부용 장치 공간들(20), 그리고 펌프 소자들(50), 댐핑 장치들(22) 및 전기 제어 가능한 밸브들용 장치 공간들(26, 24, 18i 내지 18k, 18a 내지 18h)을 포함하며, 상기 댐핑 장치들은 압력 맥동을 댐핑하기 위해서 상기 펌프 소자(50)로부터 배출되는 유체 흐름의 하류측에 배치되고, 상기 밸브들은 상기 유압 유닛(11)과 연결된 적어도 하나의 휠브레이크 실린더에서의 브레이크압을 변조하기 위해 제공되는 유압 유닛(11)에 있어서,상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 장치 공간(18i 내지 18k) 및 상기 밸브의 장치 공간(18a 내지 18h)은 상기 하우징 블록(10)의 공통 장착면(12) 쪽으로 연장되며 상기 장착면에는 전자 제어 장치가 장착될 수 있고, 상기 댐핑 장치(22)는 상기 장착면(12)을 지나 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 유입구(30) 및 배출구(32)는 해당 상기 펌프 소자(50)의 상기 장치 공간(24)으로 통하며, 상기 펌프 소자(50)는 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 상기 유입구(30)와 상기 배출구(32) 사이의 영역에서 상기 펌프 소자(50)의 상기 장치 공간(24)의 벽과 함께 밀봉 지점(59)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 지점(59)은 상기 펌프 소자(50)와 상기 펌프 소자의 상기 장치 공간(24)의 벽 사이의 프레스 핏 결합에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 소자(50)는 링 웨브(58)를 포함하며, 상기 링 웨브는 상기 장치 공간(24)의 상기 벽과 프레스 핏 결합을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 링 웨브(58)가 한 면에서, 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 상기 배출구(32)로 통하는 링 그루브(56)에 의해 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 링 웨브(58)는 상기 링 그루브(56)에 대향 배치된 면에서 리세스(54)에 의해 한정되며, 상기 펌프 소자(50)의 배출구는 상기 리세스(54)의 영역 내로 통하고 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 상기 유입구(30)는 상기 리세스(54)의 영역에서 분기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 블록(10)에는 브레이크 장치를 표준 브레이크 작동 또는 안티 록킹 작동으로부터 구동 슬립 제어 작동 또는 주행 다이내믹 제어 작동으로 전환하기 위한 전환 밸브용 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18k)이 제공되며, 각각 하나의 상기 압력 증가 밸브의 상기 장치 공간들(18a 내지 18d)과 하나의 전환 밸브의 상기 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18k)은 직선 압력 매체 채널(36)을 통해 서로 연결되며, 상기 압력 매체 채널(36)은 상기 링 그루브(56)의 영역에서 상기 펌프 소자의 상기 장치 공간(24)과 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 하나의 압력 증가 밸브의 상기 장치 공간들(18a 내지 18d)과 하나의 전환 밸브의 상기 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18k)을 연결하는 상기 압력 매체 채널(36)은, 상기 하우징 블록(10)의 둘레면(16a)으로부터 시작되며 상기 하우징 블록(10)의 내부에서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 상기 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18k)은 포트형 소자들(28)에 의해 폐쇄되며, 상기 소자의 개방된 단부들은 부분적으로 상기 하우징 블록(10)의 해당 상기 장치 공간(18i 내지 18k) 내에 삽입되고, 상기 소자들(28)은 각각 상기 하우징 블록(10)에 형상끼워맞춤 결합 방식으로 고정되며, 상기 소자(28)의 폐쇄된 단부가 장착된 제어 장치의 내부로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브들의 상기 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18h) 및 상기 댐핑 장치(22)의 상기 장치 공간들(18i 내지 18k)은 실질적으로 축방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 유닛.
