Claims (13)
- 탄소수가 4 내지 30인 지방족 모노카복실산 또는 이의 염과 무기 주석 화합물을 반응시켜 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염을 수득하는 공정 및 상기 주석염에 산소 공급성 물질을 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 방법에 의해 수득된, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염으로서, 상기 접촉 처리 전의 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염과 비교하여 융점이 20℃ 이상 낮은, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 모노카복실산의 탄소수가 4 내지 22인, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 모노카복실산이 탄소수 4 내지 10의 직쇄 지방족 모노카복실산인, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염.
- 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 제조방법으로서, 탄소수가 4 내지 30인 지방족 모노카복실산 또는 이의 염과 무기 주석 화합물을 반응시켜 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염을 수득하는 공정 및 상기 주석염에 산소 공급성 물질을 접촉시킴으로써 상기 접촉 처리후의 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 융점을 상기 접촉 처리 전의 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염과 비교하여 20℃ 이상 낮게 하는 공정을 포함하는, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산소 공급성 물질이 산소 또는 산소 함유 기체인, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염과 산소 공급성 물질과의 접촉이, 상기 접촉 처리 전의 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 융점 이상의 온도에서 이루어지는, 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염과 용매를 함유하는 금속 산화물 박막 형성용 도포액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염이 탄소수 4 내지 10의 직쇄 지방족 모노카복실산으로부터 유도되는, 도포액.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염의 30질량% 에탄올 용액을 30℃에서 1시간 동안 방치하는 경우, 상기 용액이 투명한, 도포액.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 인듐 화합물을 추가로 함유하는, 도포액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 지방족 모노카복실산 주석염 및 인듐 화합물이 합계 1 내지 95질량%의 비율로 함유되는, 도포액.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 탄화수소계 용매, 알콜계 용매, 에스테르계 용매, 에테르계 용매 및 케톤계 용매로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인, 도포액.
