도 4는 실시예의 타격 흠집 발생률을 평가할 때의 광학 필름의 적층 형태를 설명하기 위한 개략 단면도이다.
도 5는 실시예의 마킹 검출률을 평가하기 위한 마킹 검출 평가 장치의 구성을 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.

Claims (5)
- 편광자를 포함하는 광학 필름의 낱장체를 광학 표시 유닛에 연속적으로 접합하는 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법이며,
적어도 하나의 결점 부위 또는 결점 주변 부위에 마킹이 형성되어 있는 광학 필름의 긴 시트를 권회하여 이루어지는 롤 원재료를 준비하는 공정,
상기 롤 원재료로부터, 광학 필름의 긴 시트 제품을 풀어내는 공정,
상기 마킹의 유무를 식별 가능한 검사 수단에 의해 검출하는 마킹 검출 공정,
상기 광학 필름을 구성하는 모든 광학층 또는 일부의 광학층을 직사각 형상의 광학 필름 낱장체로 절단하는 절단 공정, 및
상기 광학 필름 낱장체를 광학 표시 유닛의 기판에 접합하는 접합 공정이 일련의 연속된 공정으로서 행해지고,
상기 롤 원재료는, 상기 광학 표시 유닛의 긴 변 또는 짧은 변의 길이에 대응하는 폭을 가지므로, 광학 필름의 폭 방향 전체가 광학 표시 유닛과 접합되는 제품 부분으로서 제공되고,
상기 절단 공정에 있어서, 상기 광학 필름의 긴 시트는, 광학 필름의 긴 방향에 따른 소정 간격으로 폭 방향을 따라 절단됨으로써, 광학 표시 유닛의 크기에 맞춘 소정 크기의 직사각 형상의 광학 필름 낱장체로 절단되고,
상기 마킹의 광학 농도가 1.5 이상이고, 또한 마킹 중앙부의 두께가 1.5㎛ 이하인, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마킹의 단위 두께 당 광학 농도가 2.5㎛-1 이상인, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마킹의 흡수 피크의 파장이 500㎚ 내지 600㎚인, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마킹 검출 공정에 있어서 마킹이 검출된 부분을, 광학 표시 유닛과 접합되는 제품 부분으로부터 제거하도록 상기 절단 공정이 행해지는, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마킹 검출 공정에 있어서 마킹이 검출된 부분을 포함하는 광학 필름 낱장체를 광학 표시 유닛의 기판에 접합되지 않도록 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
