Description
Claims (14)
- 무기 층상 화합물 및 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물층을 갖고, 무기 층상 화합물의 양이, 수지 및 무기 층상 화합물의 합계량에 대하여, 10중량% 이상, 70중량% 이하인 플렉시블 디스플레이용 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무기 층상 화합물은, 스멕타이트, 카올리나이트, 딕카이트, 나크라이트, 할로이사이트, 안티고라이트, 크리소타일, 피로필라이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트, 테트라실릴릭마이카, 나트륨테니올라이트, 백운모, 진주운모, 활석, 버미큘라이트, 금운모, 잔소피라이트 및 녹니석(綠泥石)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 기판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,무기 층상 화합물은, 스멕타이트, 카올리나이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트, 테트라실릴릭마이카, 나트륨테니올라이트 및 활석으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무기 층상 화합물은, 평균 입자 직경이 300㎚ 이하인 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는, 열가소성인 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는, 유리 전이점이 150℃ 이상인 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,수지는, 에틸렌-노르보르넨 공중합체, 에틸렌-드몬 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 트리아세트산 셀룰로오스, 디아세트산 셀룰로오스, 폴리염화 비닐리덴, 폴리불화 비닐리덴, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐알코올, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 및 액정 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가로, 무기 층상 화합물 및 수지를 함유하는 다른 수지 조성물층을 갖는 기판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,다른 수지 조성물층 중의 무기 층상 화합물의 양은, 무기 층상 화합물의 양과 수지의 합계량에 대하여, 0.1중량% 이상, 10중량% 이하인 기판.
- 용매, 무기 층상 화합물 및 수지의 혼합물을 판에 도포하고, 건조시켜, 얻어진 층을 박리하는, 플렉시블 디스플레이용 기판의 제조 방법.
- 무기 층상 화합물 및 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물층을 갖고, 무기 층상 화합물의 양이, 수지 및 무기 층상 화합물의 합계량에 대하여, 10중량% 이상, 70중량% 이하인 기판과 전극을 포함하는 디스플레이.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,수지 조성물층은, 20℃ 로부터 150℃ 까지의 평균 열 팽창률이 -10ppm/℃ 이상, 25ppm/℃ 이하인 디스플레이.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,수지 조성물층은, 가시광선 투과율이 80% 이상인 디스플레이.
- 수지 및 무기 층상 화합물을 함유하는 수지 조성물층을 갖고, 무기 층상 화합물의 양이, 수지 및 무기 층상 화합물의 합계량에 대하여, 10중량% 이상, 70중량% 이하인 수지 조성물의 플렉시블 디스플레이용 기판으로서의 용도.
