Claims (10)
- 강제 기체의 표면에 에나멜층이 형성된 에나멜 가공품에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는,질량 %로,Cu : 0.05 내지 0.5%,Si : 0.1 내지 2.0%,Mn : 0.05 내지 2.0%,P : 0.005 내지 0.10% 및S : 0.005 내지 0.1%를 함유하는 동시에,C : 0.20% 이하로 규제하고,잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,상기 에나멜층의 두께는 50 내지 700㎛이며,또한 상기 강제 기체 및 상기 에나멜층에는 전체 질량당 총 함유량으로, Co : 0.008 내지 4.0%, 또는 Co : 0.008 내지 4.0% 및 Ni : 0.005 내지 4.5%가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는 또한 질량 %로 Sb : 0.005 내지 0.8%, Sn : 0.005 내지 0.3% 및 Cr : 0.005 내지 2.0%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는 또한 질량 %로 Mo : 0.003 내지 1.0%, Co : 0.01 내지 2% 및 Ni : 0.005 내지 2.0%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는 또한 질량 %로, Ti : 0.01 내지 2.0%, Nb : 0.01 내지 2.0%, V : 0.01 내지 2.0%, Zr : 0.01 내지 2.0% 및 B : 0.001 내지 1.0%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는 또한 질량 %로 Ca : 0.005 내지 2.0%, Rem : 0.005 내지 2.0% 및 Mg : 0.005 내지 1.0%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는 또한 질량 %로, O : 0.01 내지 0.30%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체는, 또한 질량 %로 Al : 0.005 내지 0.10%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강제 기체와 상기 에나멜층 사이에 Ni, Ni 합금, Co, Co 합금, Zn, Zn 합금, Al, Al 합금, Sn 또는 Sn 합금으로 이루어지고, 두께가 1 내지 500㎛인 도금층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 에나멜 가공품.
- 제1항에 기재된 에나멜 가공품을 제조할 때에 사용하는 유약이며, 질량 %로, Co : 0.01 내지 10% 및 Ni : 0.05 내지 20%로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유약.
