Claims (11)
- 강자성을 가지는 금속의 이온을 함유한 수용액에, 일정방향의 자장을 인가하면서, 해당 수용액 중에서, 환원제의 작용에 의해서, 상기 금속의 이온을 환원시켜서, 미세한 금속입자로서 석출시키는 동시에, 석출시킨 다수의 금속입자를, 그 자체가 가지는 자성에 의해서, 인가한 자장의 방향으로 배향시키면서 다수, 사슬형상으로 연결해서 사슬형상 금속분말을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 환원석출반응을,(a) 식(1):[화학식 1]로 나타내지는 반복단위와,(b) 식(2):[화학식 2](식 중, R1은, 치환기를 가져도 되는 방향족기, 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타냄)로 나타내지는 반복단위를 함유한 고분자화합물의 존재 하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,환원제로서, 4가의 Ti이온과 함께 클러스터화한 3가의 Ti이온을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 강자성을 가지는 금속의 이온을 함유한 수용액에, 일정방향의 자장을 인가하면서, 해당 수용액 중에서, 환원제의 작용에 의해서, 상기 금속의 이온을 환원시켜서, 미세한 금속입자로서 석출시키는 동시에, 석출시킨 다수의 금속입자를, 그 자체가 가지는 자성에 의해서, 인가한 자장의 방향으로 배향시키면서 다수, 사슬형상으로 연결해서 사슬형상 금속분말을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 환원석출반응을,(d) 식(1):[화학식 4]로 나타내지는 반복단위와,(e) 식(4):[화학식 5](식 중, R4 및 R5는, 동일하거나 다르며, 수소원자, 또는 알킬기를 나타낸다. 단, R4, R5는 동시에 수소원자는 아님.)로 나타내지는 반복단위를 함유한 고분자화합물의 존재 하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,환원제로서, 4가의 Ti이온과 함께 클러스터화한 3가의 Ti이온을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 강자성을 가지는 금속의 이온을 함유한 수용액에, 일정방향의 자장을 인가하면서, 해당 수용액 중에서, 환원제의 작용에 의해서, 상기 금속의 이온을 환원시켜서, 미세한 금속입자로서 석출시키는 동시에, 석출시킨 다수의 금속입자를, 그 자체가 가지는 자성에 의해서, 인가한 자장의 방향으로 배향시키면서 다수, 사슬형상으로 연결해서 사슬형상 금속분말을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 환원석출반응을,(g) 금속의 이온을 환원시킬 때에 가스를 발생시키는 환원제, 또는, 환원제와 가스를 발생시키는 발포제와의 조합, 및(h) 가스의 발생에 의해, 수용액 상부면에 기포층을 생성시키는 기포성을 가지는 수용성 화합물의 존재 하에서 실시하고, 수용액 상부면에 형성되는 기포층을 수용액으로부터 분리해서, 이 기포층 속에 함유되는 사슬형상 금속분말을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,기포성을 가지는 수용성 화합물로서, 기포성을 가지는 분산제를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,환원제로서, 4가의 Ti이온과 함께 클러스터화한 3가의 Ti이온을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 제조되고, 미세한 금속입자가 곧은 사슬형상으로 연결된 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사슬형상 금속분말.
- 동일평면 위에, 복수의 전극을 소정의 간격으로 배열한 접속부를 구비하는 2개의 부재를, 각각의 접속부의 전극을 대치시키는 동시에, 면방향으로 위치맞춤한 상태로 배설한 사이에 개재되어서, 동일평면 내에서 인접하는 전극의 절연을 유지하면서, 대치하는 전극간을 도전접속하기 위한 이방도전막으로서, 사슬의 길이가, 동일평면 내에서 인접하는 전극간의 거리 미만으로 이루어진 제 10항에 기재된 사슬형상 금속분말을, 막의 두께방향으로 배향시킨 상태로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방도전막.
