Claims (3)
- 적어도 몰리브덴을 포함하는 복합 산화물과 실리카를 함유하는 입자를 포함하고, 촉매의 벌크 조성에서의 Mo/Si 원자비를 A, 입자의 표면 조성에서의 Mo/Si 원자비를 B라고 했을 때 B/A가 0.45 이하인 아크릴로니트릴 합성용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크 조성이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 아크릴로니트릴 합성용 촉매.<화학식 1>SbaMobCcDdEeOf(SiO2)g식 중, Sb, Mo 및 O는 각각 안티몬, 몰리브덴 및 산소를 나타내고,C는 철, 코발트, 니켈, 망간, 우라늄, 세륨, 주석 및 구리로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고,D는 바나듐 및 텅스텐으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내며,E는 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 란탄, 티탄, 지르코늄, 니오븀, 탄탈, 크롬, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 로듐, 이리듐, 팔라듐, 백금, 은, 아연, 카드뮴, 붕소, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘, 탈륨, 게르마늄, 납, 인, 비소, 비스무스, 셀레늄 및 텔루륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소 를 나타내고,SiO2는 실리카를 나타내고,a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각 원소의 원자비를 나타내고, a=10일 때 0.1≤b≤15, 1≤c≤20, 0≤d≤10, 0≤e≤20, 10≤g≤200이며, f는 상기 각 원소의 원자가를 만족하는 데 필요한 산소의 원자비이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크 조성이 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 아크릴로니트릴 합성용 촉매.<화학식 2>MohBiiFejFkGlOm(SiO2)n식 중, Mo, Bi, Fe 및 O는 각각 몰리브덴, 비스무스, 철 및 산소를 나타내고,F는 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내며,G는 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 티탄, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 텅스텐, 은, 알루미늄, 인, 붕소, 주석, 납, 갈륨, 게르마늄, 비소, 안티몬, 니오븀, 탄탈, 지르코늄, 인듐, 황, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 란탄, 세륨, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 사마륨, 유러퓸, 가돌리늄, 테르븀, 홀뮴, 에르븀, 툴륨 및 이테르븀으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 나타내고,SiO2는 실리카를 나타내며,h, i, j, k, l, m 및 n은 각 원소의 원자비를 나타내고, h=12일 때 0.1≤i≤5, 0.1≤j≤10, 0.01≤k≤3, 0≤l≤20, 10≤n≤200이며, m은 상기 각 원소의 원자가를 만족하는 데 필요한 산소의 원자비이다.
