Claims (32)
- 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 제1 중합체; 및제2 중합체 및 충전제를 포함하는 복합재를 포함하며,시쓰(sheath)가 복합재를 포함하고, 코어(core)가 제1 중합체를 포함하며, 제1 중합체와 복합재를 공압출시켜 형성된 시쓰/코어 배위를 갖는 이성분 섬유이며,여기서 복합재는 이성분 섬유 표면의 적어도 일부를 형성하는 층을 형성하고, 압출 후 충전제의 평균 입자 크기는 제2 중합체에 의해 형성된 층의 두께보다 큰 것인, 증가된 표면 조도를 갖는 이성분 섬유.

- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 균일하게 분지된 폴리올레핀인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 부타디엔, 시클로헥센, 디시클로펜타디엔, 스티렌, 톨루엔, 알파-메틸스티렌, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체로부터 유도된 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 중합체가 탄성 중합체를 포함하는 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제8항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체가 균일하게 분지된 폴리올레핀, 이중블록, 삼중블록 또는 다중블록 탄성 공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 부타디엔, 시클로헥센, 디시클로펜타디엔, 스티렌, 톨루엔, 알파-메틸스티렌, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체로부터 유도된 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 실리카, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 이산화규소, 점토, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제11항에 있어서, 충전제가 상용화제로 코팅된 것인 이성분 섬유.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상용화제가 스테아르산인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합재가 섬유의 1 내지 20 중량%를 차지하는 이성분 섬유.
- 제15항에 있어서, 복합재가 섬유의 5 내지 15 중량%를 차지하는 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 복합재의 1 내지 25 중량%를 차지하는 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 복합재의 3 내지 15 중량%를 차지하는 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제의 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 내지 20 ㎛ 범위인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제의 평균 입자 크기 대 복합재 층 두께의 비율이 1 초과 2 미만인 이성분 섬유.
- 제20항에 있어서, 충전제의 평균 입자 크기 대 복합재 층 두께의 비율이 1.2 내지 1.8인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제의 입자 크기 분포가 3.0 미만인 이성분 섬유.
- 제22항에 있어서, 충전제의 입자 크기 분포가 2.0 미만인 이성분 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제 입자 중심 대 중심 거리 (L) 대 충전제의 평균 입자 크기 (d)의 비율이a) 평균 입자 크기가 1 ㎛ 미만인 경우 3 내지 6이거나, 또는b) 충전제의 평균 입자 크기가 1 ㎛ 이상인 경우 2 내지 4이며,여기서, 중심 대 중심 거리 (L)은 (0.8/αav)1/2d (여기서, αav는 중합체 매트릭스 부피%에 대한 입자 부피%의 비율임)와 동등하게 계산된 것인, 이성분 섬유.
