Abstract
Se trata de un método para fabricar por soplado una capa barrera no tejida, fundida que tiene (a) una performance de hidrocabeza de al menos un 16,5 porciento mayor que la hidrocabeza de una primer capa por soplado fusion. (b) un peso base menor de 67 g/m2 igual o menor que el peso base de la primera capa porsoplado en fusion, y (c) un regimen de transmision de agua o de humedad de al menos de 88 por ciento desde la primer capa por soplado en fusion, dicho métodocaracterizado porque comprende: (i) proporcionar dicha primera capa de soplado en fusion, (ii) procesar separadamente en forma secundaria la primer capa desoplado fusion a temperatura elevada, a presion elevada y lapso de residencia que iguala la velocidad de la bobina de menor que20 pies/minutos (6.1 m/mm) paraefectuar la mejora y (iii) recolectar la capa de soplado fusion mejorada. La tela obtenida por soplado en fusion/hilado adherida tuvo respirabilidad y secaracterizo por ofrecer una sensacion tipo tela y suavidad y performance de hidrocabeza aumentada, haciéndola adecuada para usar en, por ejemplo higienepersonal, ropa industrial descartable y aplicaciones para la habitacion de control de infecciones/limpieza para los artículos tales como cobertores,almohadillas para incontinencia y panales, especialmente como la sábana inferior o interior tipo panal o solapa de contencion.
