Claims (6)
- 최고속으로 가속하여 주행하는 차량에서 사용되기 위한 차량용 벨트 구동 무단 변속기에 있어서,차량의 전진 주행시에 동력원으로부터의 회전이 감속 없이 입력되는 무단 변속부 (18), 및 보조 풀리 (46) 에 대해 설치되는 단일의 유압실 (68) 을 포함하며,i) 주 풀리 (42) 에 대해 설치되는 주측 실린더 (42c) 에 대한 유압 유체의 공급과 배출 및 ii) 상기 유압 유체의 압력 중 하나를 제어함으로써 무단 변속부 (18) 를 변속시키고, 상기 단일의 유압실 (68) 로 이루어지는 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력을 제어함으로써 주 풀리 (42) 및 보조 풀리 (46) 둘레에 감기는 벨트 (48) 의 벨트 조임 힘을 조절하는 유압 제어 장치 (77) 를 포함하며,상기 유압 제어 장치 (77) 는 라인 압력과 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력을 독립적으로 제어하며,차량의 평탄로에서의 최고속 주행시에, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력이 소정의 제어가능한 최저압으로 설정될 때에 얻어지는 벨트 조임 힘의 벨트 미끄러짐에 대한 안전 계수가 1.5 이하의 값이 되도록, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 의 실린더 압력 수용 면적이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 구동 무단 변속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,차량의 평탄로에서의 최고속 주행시에, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력이 소정의 제어가능한 최저압으로 설정될 때에 얻어지는 벨트 조임 힘의 벨트 미끄러짐에 대한 안전 계수가 1.0 내지 1.5 의 값이 되도록, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 의 실린더 압력 수용 면적이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 구동 무단 변속기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,차량의 평탄로에서의 최고속 주행시에, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력이 소정의 제어가능한 최저압으로 설정될 때에 얻어지는 벨트 조임 힘의 벨트 미끄러짐에 대한 안전 계수가 1.2 내지 1.5 의 값이 되도록, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 의 실린더 압력 수용 면적이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 구동 무단 변속기.
- 최고속으로 가속하여 주행하는 차량에서 사용되기 위한 차량용 벨트 구동 무단 변속기의 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 벨트 구동 무단 변속기는, 차량의 전진 주행시에 동력원으로부터의 회전이 감속 없이 입력되는 무단 변속부 (18), 및 보조 풀리 (46) 에 대해 설치되는 단일의 유압실 (68) 을 포함하며,상기 벨트 구동 무단 변속기의 제어 방법은, i) 주 풀리 (42) 에 대해 설치되는 주측 실린더 (42c) 에 대한 유압 유체의 공급과 배출 및 ii) 상기 유압 유체의 압력 중 하나를 제어함으로써 무단 변속부 (18) 를 변속시키는 단계; 및i)주측 실린더 (42c) 에 대한 유압 유체의 공급과 배출의 제어 및 ii) 상기 유압 유체의 압력의 조절의 제어 중 하나를 수행하는 단계와 관계없이, 상기 단일의 유압실 (68) 로 이루어지는 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력을 조절함으로써 주 풀리 (42) 및 보조 풀리 (46) 둘레에 감기는 벨트 (48) 의 벨트 조임 힘을 조절하는 단계를 포함하며,차량의 평탄로에서의 최고속 주행시에, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 에 공급되는 압력이 소정의 제어가능한 최저압으로 설정될 때에 얻어지는 벨트 조임 힘의 벨트 미끄러짐에 대한 안전 계수가 1.5 이하의 값이 되도록, 보조측 실린더 (46c) 의 실린더 압력 수용 면적이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 구동 무단 변속기의 제어 방법.
