Claims (5)
- C : 0.02~0.15질량%,Si : 0.004질량% 이하(0질량%를 포함하지 않음),Mn : 0.6~3질량%,P : 0.02~0.2질량%,S : 0.2~1질량%,Al : 0.005질량% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),O : 0.008~0.04질량%,N : 0.002~0.03질량%를 각각 함유하고,잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,또한, (I) 강 중에서 MnS계 개재물 중의 평균 O 농도가 0.4질량% 이상이고, (II) 강 중의 고용 Si가 35ppm 이하, 고용 Al이 1ppm 이하이고, (III) 응고 후의 주편에 있어서, 면적 25㎛2 이상의 비금속 개재물을 MnO-SiO2-MnS계의 3원계로 규격화했을 때의 평균 조성이, MnS : 60질량% 이하, SiO2 : 4질량% 이하, MnO : 36질량% 이상이고, (IV) 고용 N량이 0.002~0.02질량%이며, Ti, Cr, Nb, V, Zr 및 B로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계 0.02질량% 이하로 억제한 것을 특징으로 하는 피삭성이 우수한 저탄소 유황 쾌삭강.
