Claims (7)
- 트리코더마 하지아눔(Trichoderma harzianum)에 속하고, 2009년 12월 22일에 중국 일반 미생물 보존센터(China General Microbial Culture Collection Center; CGMCC)에 의하여 보존 번호는 CGMCC No. 3308로 보존되었으며, 연작 오이와 수박의 시들음병을 예방하고 제거하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 방제 균주 SQR-T037.
- 제1항에 따른 생물학적 방제 균주로부터 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 생물학적 방제 균주의 함량은 1 x 108cfu/g 이상이고, 전체 질소의 함량은 4-5 중량%이고, 상기 전체 질소의 90% 이상은 유기 질소이며, 전체 질소-인-칼륨의 함량은 6-10 중량%이고, 유기 물질의 함량은 30-35 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료. - 제1항에 따른 생물학적 방제 균주를 이용한 미생물 유기질 비료의 생산방법.
1) 하기의 조건하에서 액상 발효 생산을 수행하기 위하여 PDA 배지에서 SQR-T037을 배양하였다: 초기 pH 값의 범위는 6.5-7.2, 배양 온도 25-30℃, 용존산소(dissolved oxygen; DO): 환기 범위 30~100%, 170rpm; 발효 시간은 48시간이고; 모든 균사체 펠렛은 발효의 마지막 단계에서 이 균주의 콜로니 형성 단위로 쪼개지고, 발효액에서 SQR-T037의 콜로니수는 ≥1 x 109cfu/mL이며;
2) 고형 발효를 수행하기 위하여, 성숙한 가축 또는 가금류의 배설물 퇴비 및 50L/t.의 양으로 유채씨 깻묵의 미생물 효소 가수분해로부터 얻은 혼합물에서 SQR-T037 발효액을 각각 배양하였다. 발효 온도는 30-50℃이다. 발효하는 동안, 상기 혼합물을 하루에 한 번 뒤집어주었다. 이 균주의 콜로니수를 1 x 108cfu/g 이상으로 확보하기 위하여 5-7일에 발효를 완료하고;
3) 가축 또는 가금류 배설물 퇴비로부터 만들어진 고형 미생물 제제 SQR-T037(50-80% v/v) 및 유채씨 깻묵의 미생물 효소 가수분해로부터 얻은 혼합물로부터 만들어진 고형 미생물 제제(20-50% v/v)를 완전하게 혼합하여 2-3일간 숙성시켰다. 숙성시키는 동안 2번 뒤집어 주었다. 마지막으로, 미생물 유기질 비료를 그것의 물의 함량이 30% 보다 적어질 때까지 50℃ 이하의 온도에서 증발시켰다. 패키징한 후, 연작 오이와 수박의 시들음병을 예방하고 제거하는 미생물 유기질 비료를 얻는다. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (1)에서 사용된 PDA 배지는 하기의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료의 생산방법:
1L의 배지 제조시, 200g의 껍질을 벗기지 않은 감자를 작은 입방체로 자르고, 끓는 물에 넣고 30분간 끓이고 혼합물을 여과한 후, 여과물 안으로 20g의 상용 수크로오스를 첨가하여 부피를 1000mL로 맞추고, pH 값을 6.5-7.0로 조정한 후 20분간 121℃에서 상기 용액을 멸균하였다. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (2)에서 사용된 성숙한 가축 및 가금류 배설물은 퇴비의 발아지수(germination index)가 98%이상이고, 유기 물질의 함량은 ≥35 중량%이며, 유기 질소의 함량은 1.2-2 중량%이고, 물의 함량은 25-30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 유기질 비료의 생산방법. - 삭제
