도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 형태에 있어서의 카본 나노 튜브 집합체 제조 장치의 개략 단면도이다.

Claims (20)
- 복수의 직경을 가지는 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체를 구비하고,
그 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 카본 나노 튜브이며,
그 복수의 직경을 가지는 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 길이 500μm 이상의 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체를 포함하고,
그 복수의 직경을 가지는 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체의 직경 분포의 최빈값이 15nm 이하에 존재하며, 그 직경 분포의 최빈값의 상대 빈도가 30% 이상인, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수의 직경을 가지는 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 길이 방향으로 배향되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
실온에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력이 15N/cm2 이상인, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
기재를 더 구비하며, 상기 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체의 한쪽 끝이 그 기재에 고정되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 복수의 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체를 구비하고,
그 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 카본 나노 튜브이며, 그 카본 나노 튜브가 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브이고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 500μm 이상의 카본 나노 튜브를 포함하고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브의 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 10층 이하에 존재하며, 그 최빈값의 상대 빈도가 30% 이상인, 카본 나노 튜브 집합체인 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 방향으로 배향되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 6층 이하에 존재하는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
실온에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력이 15N/cm2 이상인, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
기재를 더 구비하며, 상기 카본 나노 튜브의 한쪽 끝이 그 기재에 고정되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 복수의 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체를 구비하고,
그 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 카본 나노 튜브이며, 그 카본 나노 튜브가 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브이고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 500μm 이상의 카본 나노 튜브를 포함하고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브의 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 10층 이하에 존재하며, 그 최빈값의 상대 빈도가 30% 이상이고,
250℃ 분위기 하에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력이, 실온에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력의 0.8~1.2배인, 카본 나노 튜브 집합체인 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 방향으로 배향되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 10 또는 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 6층 이하에 존재하는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 10 또는 청구항 11에 있어서,
실온에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력이 15N/cm2 이상인, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 10 또는 청구항 11에 있어서,
기재를 더 구비하며, 상기 카본 나노 튜브의 한쪽 끝이 그 기재에 고정되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 복수의 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체를 구비하고,
그 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체가 카본 나노 튜브이며, 그 카본 나노 튜브가 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브이고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 500μm 이상의 카본 나노 튜브를 포함하고,
그 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브의 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 10층 이하에 존재하며, 그 최빈값의 상대 빈도가 30% 이상이고,
표면 자유에너지 a의 피착체에 대한 실온에서의 전단 접착력을 A, 표면 자유에너지 a와의 차가 25mJ/m2 이상인 표면 자유에너지 b의 피착체에 대한 실온에서의 전단 접착력을 B로 하면(단, a>b), B/A의 값이 0.8~1.2인, 카본 나노 튜브 집합체인 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 복수층을 가지는 카본 나노 튜브가 길이 방향으로 배향되어 있는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 15 또는 청구항 16에 있어서,
상기 층수 분포의 최빈값이 층수 6층 이하에 존재하는, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 15 또는 청구항 16에 있어서,
실온에서의 유리면에 대한 전단 접착력이 15N/cm2 이상인, 섬유상 기둥형상 구조체 집합체. - 청구항 15 또는 청구항 16에 있어서,
