Claims (8)
- 폴리술폰계 수지 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로 구성되는 중공사막 다발이 용기에 충전되고, 중공사 다발의 단부와 용기의 사이를 포팅제에 의해 유지하여 중공사막 내측실과 중공사막 외측실을 형성하고, 중공사막 내측실에 통하는 유체 출입구 및 중공사막 외측실에 통하는 유체 출입구를 가지는 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치이며, 상기 중공사막은 중공사막의 건조 중량에 대한 래디컬 트랩 재료의 부착률이 80% 이상 300% 이하, 수분율이 40% 이상 100% 미만이며, 방사선 멸균되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래디컬 트랩 재료가 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 가교 저해 재료인 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 래디컬 트랩 재료가 다가 알코올인 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 래디컬 트랩 재료가 글리세린인 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 래디컬 트랩 재료의 부착률이 100% 이상 160% 이하인 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 래디컬 트랩 재료가 이하의 a) 또는 b)에 의해 중공사막에 부여된 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.a)중공사막 다발의 단부와 용기 사이를 포팅제로 유지한 후에 있어서 헤더 부착 전에, 중공사막 개구부로부터 래디컬 트랩 재료의 용액을 통액한다b)중공사막 내부에 통하는 유체 출입구를 가지는 헤더가 장착된 후, 혈액 정화 장치의 상기 유체 출입구로부터 래디컬 트랩 재료의 용액을 통액한다
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치 내의 산소 농도를 0.1% 미만으로 한 상태로 감마선 멸균된 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막으로부터의 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 용출량이 중공사막 내 표면적 1.5㎡당 5㎎ 이하인 중공사막형 혈액 정화 장치.
