Abstract

 ポリスルホン系樹脂とポリビニルピロリドンからなる中空糸膜を充填した中空糸膜型血液浄化装置であって、放射線で照射滅菌してもポリビニルピロリドンの溶出が少なく、かつ血液適合性の低下をも抑制できる、セミドライと呼ばれる軽量で取扱性に優れた中空糸膜型血液浄化装置を提供することを課題とする。  ポリスルホン系樹脂とポリビニルピロリドンからなる中空糸膜束が容器に充填され、束端と容器との間をポッティング剤によって保持されて中空糸膜内側室と中空糸膜外側室を形成し、中空糸膜内側室に通じる流体出入口および中空糸膜外側室に通じる流体出入口を持つ中空糸膜型血液浄化装置であって、該中空糸膜は中空糸膜の乾燥重量に対するラジカルトラップ材料の付着率が80%以上300以下%、水分率が40%以上100%未満であり、放射線滅菌されていることを特徴とする中空糸膜型血液浄化装置を提供する。
