Claims (10)
- 일반식 {(1-x)(K1-a-bNaaLib)m(Nb1-c-dTacSbd)O3-x(K1/4Na1/4M31/2)M4O3}로 표시되는 압전자기 조성물로서,M3는 Yb, Y, In, Nd, Eu, Gd, Dy, Sm, Ho, Er, Tb 및 Lu 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속 원소로 이루어지고, M4는 Ti, Zr 및 Sn 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속 원소로 이루어지며,또한 상기 x, a, b, c, d, m이 각각0.001≤x≤0.1,0<a≤0.9,0<b≤0.3,0<a+b≤0.9,0<c≤0.5,0<d≤0.1,0.7≤m≤1.3을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 x가 0.001≤x≤0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a 및 b가 각각 0.5≤a≤0.6 및 0<b≤0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c 및 d가 각각 0<c≤0.3 및 0<d≤0.01인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 m이 1.0≤m≤1.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
- 일반식 {(1-x)KmNbO3-x(K1/4Na1/4M31/2)M4O3}로 표시되는 압전자기 조성물로서,M3는 Yb, Y, In, Nd, Eu, Gd, Dy, Sm, Ho, Er, Tb 및 Lu 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속 원소로 이루어지고, M4는 Ti, Zr 및 Sn 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속 원소로 이루어지며,또한 상기 x, m이 각각0.001≤x≤0.1,0.7≤m≤1.3을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전자기 조성물.
