Claims (7)
- 전동체의 전주면을 갖는 궤도축과, 상기 전동체를 통하여 상기 궤도축에 결합하는 동시에 이 궤도축을 따라 상대적으로 이동하는 슬라이드 부재와, 이 슬라이드 부재에 설치되고, 윤활제 수용실과 도포체를 갖고 상기 궤도축과 슬라이드 부재의 상대 이동시에 윤활제 수용실 내에 수용된 윤활제를 도포체를 통하여 궤도축 및 슬라이드 부재 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 전주면에 공급하는 윤활제 공급 장치를 구비한, 안내 장치이며,상기 윤활제 수용실에 수용된 윤활제가 윤활 기유 중에 증주제로서 리튬 비누를 0.5 내지 3.5 중량%의 범위로 포함하는 혼화 주도(JIS K2220 5.3) 410 내지 550의 윤활 그리이스이며, 이 윤활 그리이스가 상기 윤활제 수용실 내에 배치된 그리이스 흡장체에 흡수되어 보유 지지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활 기유는 그 점도(40도)가 20 내지 600cst인, 안내 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그리이스 흡장체는 공극률이 70% 이상 95% 이하이며, 도포체는 공극률이 40% 이상 60% 이하인, 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그리이스 흡장체가 고함유 파이버 네트의 섬유 교락체로 형성되고, 또한 도포체가 고밀도 파이버 네트의 섬유 교락체로 형성되어 있는, 안내 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활 그리이스가 그리이스에 윤활유를 첨가해 혼합하여 증주제 함유율을 조정함으로써 조제된 것인, 안내 장치.
- 전동체의 전주면을 갖는 궤도축과, 상기 전동체를 통하여 상기 궤도축에 결합하는 동시에 이 궤도축을 따라 상대적으로 이동하는 슬라이드 부재와, 이 슬라이드 부재에 설치되고, 윤활제 수용실 및 도포체를 갖는 윤활제 공급 장치를 구비한 안내 장치용의 윤활 그리이스이며, 상기 윤활제 수용실 내에 배치된 그리이스 흡장체에 흡수되어 보유 지지되고, 상기 궤도축과 슬라이드 부재의 상대 이동시에는 상기 도포체를 통하여 상기 윤활제 수용실 내의 그리이스 흡장체로부터 궤도축 및 슬라이드 부재 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 전주면에 공급되는 윤활 그리이스이며, 적어도 광유계 또는 합성계의 윤활 기유와 증주제로서 리튬 비누를 포함하는 그리이스에 윤활유를 첨가해 혼합하여 증주제 함유율을 조정함으로써 조제되고, 상기 윤활 기유중에 증주제를 0.5 내지 3.5 중량%의 범위로 포함하고, 혼화 주도(JIS K2220 5.3 )가 410 내지 550인 것을 특징으로 하는 안내 장치용의 윤활 그리이스.
