Claims (20)
- 분리막 자체, 또는 분리막을 구비하는 전기화학소자의 출처 또는 종류를 확인할 수 있도록 정해진 규정에 따라 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 무기입자 또는 이들의 집합체를 포함시킴으로써,상기 분리막의 분광스펙트럼, 색 패턴 또는 이들 모두를 통해 분리막 자체, 또는 분리막을 구비하는 전기화학소자의 출처 또는 종류를 확인할 수 있는 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는i)가시광선 영역에서 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 무기 입자;ii)비가시광선 영역에서 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 무기 입자; 또는iii)특정 화학 상태하에서 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 무기 입자로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 염료에 의해 표면 처리된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는 Al2O3, ZnO, ZnS, SiO2, ZrO2, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, CaO, Y2O3, TiO2, Sb2O3, BaTiO3, SrTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT), Fe3O4, (Co, Ni)O-(Cr, Fe)2O3, PbCrO4, ZnCrO4, BaCrO4, CdS, FeO(OH) nH2O, TiO2-NiO-Sb2O3, Pb(CN)2, Ca2PbO4, Al,Fe,Sn-2PbO-Sb2O5, V-SnO2, V-ZrO2, Pr-ZrSiO4, CrSbO4 or Cr2WO6-TiO2, ZrSO4 coated CdS or (CdZn)S, PbCrO4 PbO, PbCrO4 PbMoO4, PbSO4, Fe2O3+FeO, Fe2O3+MnO2+Mn3O4, ZnO·(Al, Cr, Fe)2O3, Fe2O3, Pb3O4, HgS, CdS+CdSe, CdS+HgS, 2Sb2S3 Sb2O3, Co3(PO4)2, Co3(PO4)2 4H2O, Co3(PO4)2 8H2O, 3NaAl SiO4 Na2S2, Fe4[Fe(CN6)3] nH2O, CoO nAl2O3, CoO nSnO2 mMgO(n=1.5~3.5, m=2~6), Co3O4+SiO2+Al2O3+Fe2O3+NiO+MnO, CoO-nAl2O3 or (Co, Zn)O-nAl2O3, 2(Co, Zn)O ·SiO2, V-ZrSiO4, Cr2O3, Cr2O(OH)4, Cu(CH3CO2)2 3CuO(AsO2)2, CoO-ZnO-MgO, (Co, Zn)O ·(Al, Cr)2O3, 3CaO-Cr2O3 ·3SiO2, (Al, Cr)2O3, Sb-SnO2, Co,Ni-ZrSiO4, Mn,P-α-Al2O3, ZnO·(Al, Cr)2O3, Cr-CaO·SnO2·SiO2, Fe-ZrSiO4, Cr,Co-CaO·SnO2·SiO2, ZrSiO4 coated Cd(S,Se), ZnS, Zn2SiO4, (Zn,Cd)S, CaS, SrS, CaWO4, SiC 및 Si3N4로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자의 크기는 0.001㎛ 내지 10㎛ 범위인 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자들을 연결 및 고정할 수 있는 고분자를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는 용해도 지수(solubility parameter)가 15 내지 45 MPa1 /2 범위인 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는 폴리비닐리덴 풀루오라이드-헥사풀루오로프로필렌 (polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene), 폴리비닐리덴 풀루오라이드-트리클로로에틸렌 (polyvinylidene fluoride-co-trichloroethylene), 폴리메틸메타클릴레이트 (polymethylmethacrylate), 폴리아크릴로니트릴 (polyacrylonitrile), 폴리비닐피롤리돈 (polyvinylpyrrolidone), 폴리비닐아세테이트 (polyvinylacetate), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 (polyethylene-co-vinyl acetate), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 (polyethylene oxide), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 (cellulose acetate), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트 (cellulose acetate butyrate), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트 (cellulose acetate propionate), 시아노에틸풀루란 (cyanoethylpullulan), 시아노에틸폴리비닐알콜 (cyanoethylpolyvinylalcohol), 시아노에틸셀룰로오스 (cyanoethylcellulose), 시 아노에틸수크로오스 (cyanoethylsucrose), 풀루란 (pullulan), 카르복실 메틸 셀룰로오스 (carboxyl methyl cellulose), 아크리로니트릴스티렌부타디엔공중합체 (acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymer) 및 폴리이미드(polyimide)로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자 및 고분자의 함량비는 10:90 내지 99:1의 중량비인 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 다공성 기재의 표면 및 상기 기재의 기공부 중 일부로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 영역상에, 상기 무기 입자 함유층이 포함되는 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 기재는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 초고분자량 폴리에틴렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethyleneterephthalate), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 (polybutyleneterephthalate), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 폴리아세탈(polyacetal), 폴리아미드(polyamide), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate), 폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketone), 폴리에테르설폰(polyethersulfone), 폴리페닐렌옥사이드(polyphenyleneoxide), 폴리페닐렌설파이드로 (polyphenylenesulfidro) 및 폴리에틸렌나프탈렌(polyethylenenaphthalene)로 구성 된 군에서 선택된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 상기 무기 입자가 서로 물리적으로 연결, 고정되면서, 이들 사이의 빈 공간으로 인해 기공 구조가 형성된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자는 고분자에 의해 서로 물리적으로 연결, 고정된 것이 특징인 분리막.
- 다공성 기재의 표면 및 기재 중 기공부 일부로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 영역에, 고유의 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 갖는 무기물을 코팅하여, 소정의 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 스퍼터링 방법에 의한 것이 특징인 분리막 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 소정의 패턴 형성 후, 상기 다공성 기재를 탈착하거나; 탈착 후 압착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 분리막 제조 방법.
- 양극; 음극; 및 분리막을 포함하는 전기화학소자로서,상기 분리막이 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막인 것이 특징인 전기화학소자.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막을 이용하여, 분리막 자체 또는 분리막을 구비하는 전기화학소자의 출처 또는 종류를 확인하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 분광스펙트럼 또는 색 패턴을 확인할 수 있는 센서를 이용하여 분리막 자체 또는 분리막을 구비하는 전기화학소자의 출처 또는 종류를 확인하는 방법.
