Claims (5)
- 아래의 성분을 함유하는 조성물:1) A-B, A-B-A 또는 B-A-B 블록 공중합체를 포함하고 2,000 내지 4,990 달톤의 전체 중량 평균 분자량(weight averaged molecular weight)을 보유하는 하나이상의 생분해가능 블록 공중합체 약물 담체, 상기 A 블록은 생분해가능 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리(오르토 에스테르)이고, 상기 B 블록은 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)이며, 상기 A 블록의 중량 비율은 51% 내지 83%이고, 상기 B 블록의 중량 비율은 17% 내지 49%이다;2) 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), PEG 유도체, 또는 PEG와 PEG 유도체의 혼합물, 상기 PEG 또는 PEG 유도체는 150 내지 1100 달톤의 분자량을 보유한다;여기서, 최소한 하나의 생분해가능 불록 공중합성 약물 담체는 수용액에 용해되고, 상기 PEG, PEG 유도체, 또는 이들의 혼합물과 혼합될 수 있고;상기 생분해가능 블록 공중합체 약물 담체 및 PEG, PEG 유도체 또는 이들의 혼합물의 중량 비율은 5:1 내지 1:99의 범위에 있고, 상기 조성물은 0.01 분 내지 180 분 이내에 물 또는 수용액에서 재구성되어 균질 용액이나 균일한 콜로이드 시스템을 형성할 수 있고;상기 조성물은 열에 의한 가역적 겔화 특성을 갖는다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, PEG 유도체는 오르토 에스테르 유도된 PEG인 것을 특징으 로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, PEG 유도체는 R1-CO-O-(CH2-CH2-O)n-CO-R2 또는 R1-O-(CH2-CH2-O)n-R2로 대표되고, 여기서 R1과 R2는 독립적으로 H 또는 C1 내지 C10 알킬이고, n은 3 내지 20의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약물을 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, PEG 유도체는 에스테르 유도된 PEG이고, 상기 PEG는 D,L-락티드, D-락티드, L-락티드, D,L-락트산, D-락트산, L-락트산, 글리콜리드, 글리콜산, ε-카프롤락톤, 1,4-디옥산-2-원, ε-하이드록시 헥사논산, γ-부티롤락톤, γ-하이드록시 부틸산, δ-발레로락톤, δ-하이드록시 발레산, 하이드록시 부틸산, 말산, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
