Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 투명한 필름 기재의 일방면에 투명 도전성 박막을 갖고,투명한 필름 기재의 타방면에는 투명한 점착제층을 개재하여 투명 기체가 부착되어 있는 투명 도전성 적층체로서,상기 투명 도전성 박막은 SnO2/(SnO2 + In2O3) 가 2 ∼ 6 중량% 인 인듐ㆍ주석 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 제 1 투명 도전성 박막과 SnO2/(SnO2 + In2O3) 가 6 중량% 를 초과하고 20 중량% 이하인 인듐ㆍ주석 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 제 2 투명 도전성 박막이, 투명한 필름 기재측으로부터 이 순서대로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 투명 도전성 박막의 두께 t1 및 상기 제 2 투명 도전성 박막의 두께 t2 가 이하의 (1) ∼ (3);(1) t1 = 10 ∼ 30nm(2) t2 = 5 ∼ 20nm(3) t1 + t2 = 20 ∼ 35nm의 관계를 가짐과 함께, 상기 제 1 투명 도전성 박막 및 상기 제 2 투명 도전성 박막 모두 결정막이며,상기 투명 기체는 2 매 이상의 투명한 기체 필름을 투명한 점착제층을 개재하여 적층한 적층 투명 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전성 박막은 상기 필름 기재측으로부터 투명한 유전체 박막을 개재하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 투명 기체의 외표면에 수지층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 도전성 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 투명 도전성 적층체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 투명 도전성 적층체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 패널.
