Claims (2)
- 보리새싹분말 5∼15중량%, 야콘분말 5∼15중량%, 케일분말 5∼15중량%, 모로헤이야분말 5∼15중량%, 브로콜리분말 5∼15중량%, 솔잎분말 5∼15중량%, 함초분말 5∼15중량%, 뽕잎분말 5∼15중량%, 다시마분말 5∼15중량%를 혼합하여 생식혼합물을 제조한 후, 상기 생식혼합물과 상지차(桑枝茶)를 10:7의 중량 비율로 혼합하여 반죽하여 쌀알형태로 제조하여 상기 쌀알형태를 45∼55℃에서 수분 8%로 건조하여 제조된 생식혼합곡물과,상기 생식혼합곡물 5∼15중량%, 현미찹쌀 5∼15중량%, 현미맵쌀 5∼15중량%, 흑찰미 5∼15중량%, 발아현미 5∼15중량%, 보리 5∼15중량%, 수수 5∼15중량%, 율무 5∼15중량%, 백태 5∼15중량%, 서리태 5∼15중량%, 홍미 5∼15중량%를 혼합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합곡물.
- 혼합곡물 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,제1항에 따른 생식혼합물의 조성을 이루는 건조된 보리새싹분, 야콘, 케일, 모로헤이야, 브로콜리분말, 솔잎분말, 함초, 뽕잎, 다시마를 각각 150∼200메쉬로 분말화하는 단계;상기 각각 분말화된 보리새싹분말 5∼15중량%, 야콘분말 5∼15중량%, 케일분말 5∼15중량%, 모로헤이야분말 5∼15중량%, 브로콜리분말 5∼15중량%, 솔잎분말 5∼15중량%, 함초분말 5∼15중량%, 뽕잎분말 5∼15중량%, 다시마분말 5∼15중량%를 혼합하여 생식혼합물을 제조하는 단계;상기 제조된 생식혼합물과 상지차를 10:7의 중량 비율로 반죽하여 쌀알형태의 생식혼합곡물을 제조하는 단계;상기 쌀알형태의 생식혼합곡물을 45∼55℃서 수분 8%로 건조하여 건조된 생식혼합곡물을 제조하는 단계;상기 건조된 생식혼합곡물 5∼15중량%, 현미찹쌀 5∼15중량%, 현미맵쌀 5∼15중량%, 흑찰미 5∼15중량%, 발아현미 5∼15중량%, 보리 5∼15중량%, 수수 5∼15중량%, 율무 5∼15중량%, 백태 5∼15중량%, 서리태 5∼15중량%, 홍미 5∼15중량%를 혼합하여 기능성 혼합곡물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합곡물 조성물의 제조방법.
