本发明三八特优粥,涉及一种粥的配制,其包括设备置配、原料配制、加热灭菌工艺步骤,主要是将清理好的“三八特优”桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻分别按比例为3-5∶5-3∶3-2称量并分别用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的10-12目颗粒,按比例为2-1∶2-1∶2-1∶2-1∶2-1∶2-1∶0.5-0.2∶0.3-0.1称量并粉碎成相对均匀的8-10目颗粒,再按“三特八优”混合料与山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为4-3∶6-5∶0.3-0.2称量混配,并搅拌搅匀后用灌装入专用标准瓶罐中,再加热灭菌处理2-3小时并封存自然提质5-7天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种即食粥,特别是一种三八特优粥。
背景技术
当前,市场上各种罐装、桶装即食粥类不少,但主料和配料多样、绿色、精细、保健化,比较适合女性餐饮与保健相得益彰的专用粥类并不多见。因此,有必要发明一种以三种土特产桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和八种名优产品甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻,简称“三八特优”产品,经精细化处理后与山泉水及保质调味剂科学配制成优质美味的三八特优粥。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对市场三八特优粥短缺和需求问题,提供一种配方科学精致、三八特优精配、实惠便捷易携、清淡可口诱人、女性饮用健美、绿色优质环保,可有力助推农村特产名优产品种植和深加工经济效益进一步发展的三八特优粥配制方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种三八特优粥配制法,其特征在于,该粥的配制方法主要是先将三种特产桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和八种名优甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻与山泉水及保质调味剂进行优配,经精细加工科学精制成优质三八特优粥,即将“三八特优”产品分别清选后按比例称量,并全部加工或部分粉碎加工成颗粒碎状,再按比例与山泉水及保质调味剂混合并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后灌入专用标准瓶或罐中,再经专用加热灭菌设备加热灭菌处理并封存提质后,即可得到合格优质的三八特优粥。
所述桂圆为桂圆肉。
所述山泉水为过滤的山泉水。
配制工艺
1、设备置配:备好“三八特优”与相关配料存放保鲜仓库、衡器、清选机、粉碎机、搅拌机、灌装机、加热灭菌设备和标准专用灌装瓶(罐)等设置,并将所需设置清洗干净备用;
2、原料配制:先用清选机(也可手工清选)分别将“三八特优”的桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥皮去籽清选干净,再以10为基率,分别按比例为3-5∶5-3∶3-2称量并分别用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的10-12目颗粒,按比例为2-1∶1-2∶2-1∶1-2∶2-1∶1-2∶0.4-0.2∶0.3-0.1称量并粉碎成相对均匀的8-10目颗粒,再以100为基率,按“三特八优”混合料与山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为4-3∶6-5∶0.3-0.2称量并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后用灌装机灌入专用标准瓶或罐中;
3、加热灭菌:将按各种比例配制灌装好三八特优粥投入高效密闭的专用加热灭菌设备中进行加热灭菌处理2-3小时后,再将所灌装瓶或罐密封保存自然提质5-7天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。
因三八特优粥含有甜玉米、香米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻等耐腐、溢香食物和防腐、抗菌、保质调味剂,故三八特优粥保鲜期和保质期较长。
如此不断进行上述相关项运作,即可快速、高效、优质和大量生产三八特优粥。
有益效果:
本发明经过反复研究,成功利用三种土特产桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和八种名优产品甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻,简称“三八特优”产品,经精细化加工后与山山泉水及保质调味剂进行优配,科学精制成优质三八特优粥的最佳方法。该方法科学、精致、易行和有效,既可大量消耗桂圆、茨菰、马蒂及优质甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻,以促进农业特产名优产品的进一步发展和深加工的附加值增长,并为现代化食品市场增添一种优质、绿色、清淡、溢香、美味、安全、健康的三八特优粥和满足城乡女性居民日益增长的健美生活与健美需要。
实施例1:
先将“三八特优”的桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥皮去籽清选干净备用;
再以10为基率,按桂圆、茨菰、马蒂比例为3∶5∶3称量桂圆30kg、茨菰50kg、马蒂30kg,并分别用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的10目颗粒备用;
按甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥比例为2∶1∶2∶1∶2∶1∶0.4∶0.3称量甜玉米20kg、香米10kg、红米20kg、黑米10kg、莲米20kg、小枣10kg、枸杞4kg、芝麻3kg,并粉碎成相对均匀的8目颗粒备用;
再以100为基率,按“三特八优”混合料与过滤山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为4∶6∶0.3称量(按100kg比率)混合料400kg、山泉水600kg、调味剂30kg,并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后用灌装机灌入专用标准瓶或罐中;
将按各种比例配制灌装好三八特优粥投入高效密闭的专用加热灭菌设备中进行加热灭菌处理2小时后,再将所灌装瓶或罐密封保存自然提质5天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。
实施例2:
先将“三八特优”的桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥皮去籽清选干净备用;
再以10为基率,按桂圆、茨菰、马蒂比例为3.5∶4∶2.5称量桂圆35kg、茨菰40kg、马蒂25kg,并分别用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的11目颗粒备用;
按甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥比例为1.5∶1.5∶1.5∶1.5∶1.5∶1.5∶0.3∶0.2称量甜玉米15kg、香米15kg、红米15kg、黑米15kg、莲米15kg、小枣15kg、枸杞3kg、芝麻2kg,并粉碎成相对均匀的9目颗粒备用;
再以100为基率,按“三特八优”混合料与过滤山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为3.5∶5.5∶0.25称量(按100kg比率)混合料350kg、山泉水550kg、调味剂25kg,并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后用灌装机灌入专用标准瓶或罐中;
将按各种比例配制灌装好三八特优粥投入高效密闭的专用加热灭菌设备中进行加热灭菌处理2.5小时后,再将所灌装瓶或罐密封保存自然提质6天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。
实施例3:
先将“三八特优”的桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥皮去籽清选干净备用;
再以10为基率,按桂圆、茨菰、马蒂比例为5∶3∶2称量桂圆50kg、茨菰30kg、马蒂20kg,并分别用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的12目颗粒备用;
按甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻剥比例为1∶2∶1∶2∶1∶2∶0.2∶0.1称量甜玉米10kg、香米20kg、红米10kg、黑米20kg、莲米10kg、小枣20kg、枸杞2kg、芝麻1kg,并粉碎成相对均匀的10目颗粒备用;
再以100为基率,按“三特八优”混合料与过滤山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为3∶5∶0.2称量(按100kg比率)混合料300kg、山泉水500kg、调味剂20kg,并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后用灌装机灌入专用标准瓶或罐中;
将按各种比例配制灌装好三八特优粥投入高效密闭的专用加热灭菌设备中进行加热灭菌处理3小时后,再将所灌装瓶或罐密封保存自然提质7天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。
Claims (5)
1.一种三八特优粥,其特征在于:所述三八特优粥主要是先将剥皮去籽清选干净的桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻,并先以10为基率,分别按比例为3-5∶5-3∶3-2称量用粉碎机粉碎成相对均匀的10-12目颗粒,按比例为2-1∶1-2∶2-1∶1-2∶2-1∶1-2∶0.4-0.2∶0.3-0.1称量并粉碎成相对均匀的8-10目颗粒,再以100为基率,按“三特八优”混合料与山泉水、保质调味剂按比例为4-3∶6-5∶0.3-0.2称量,并用搅拌机或人工搅匀后用灌装机灌入专用标准瓶或罐中。
2.将按各种比例配制灌装好三八特优粥投入高效密闭的专用加热灭菌设备中进行加热灭菌处理2-3小时后,并将所灌装瓶或罐密封保存自然提质5-7天,即得到优质美味和女性皆宜的三八特优粥。
3.如权利要求1所述的三八特优粥,其特征在于:所述“三八特优”为三种特产桂圆、茨菰、马蒂和八种名优甜玉米、香米、红米、黑米、莲米、小枣、枸杞、芝麻。
4.如权利要求1所述的三八特优粥,其特征在于:所述桂圆为桂圆肉。
5.如权利要求1所述的三八特优粥,其特征在于:所述山泉水为过滤的山泉水。
