Claims (6)
- 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템에 있어서,건물 상부에 위치하여 시스템 전체를 지지하는 지지대;지지대의 양측에 가이드레일을 따라 시스템 전체를 상하방향으로 승하강시켜주는 리프트;상기 리프트의 내부에 설치된 복수의 구동모터;동력전달수단을 통해 상기 구동모터로부터 회전력을 전달받도록 상기 리프트의 하부에 설치된 기어구동부;상기 기어구동부 사이에 외주면과 내주면이 각각 맞물리도록 평행하게 설치되는 반원형의 링기어; 및상기 링기어의 바닥면에 폐차가 안착되도록 링기어의 하단부에 설치된 대차;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 대차에 안착된 폐차가 구동모터로부터 기어구동부를 통해 회전력을 전달받아 링기어에 의해 전후방향으로 회전하거나 리프트에 의해 승하강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 기어구동부는 구동모터와 벨트 또는 체인으로 연결되고, 상기 리프트의 하부에 설치된 원통형의 구동기어 및 아이들기어이고, 상기 링기어의 외주면과 내 주면이 구동기어와 아이들기어 사이에 각각 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리프트 사이에 설치된 배기구와, 상기 배기구의 하부에서 폐차의 도어유리까지 커버하여 폭발 위험부품 처리시 폭발가스를 배기시켜주는 간이배기막과, 상기 폭발가스를 흡입하도록 배기구에 설치된 배기팬을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 간이배기막은 리프트가 하강하면서 접혀지고 상기 리프트가 상승하면서 펴지는 구조로 설치되고, 상기 폭발가스가 외부로 새나가지 않도록 리프트의 상승에 의해 개방된 도어 유리측을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 대차에는 폐차의 하부를 고정하기 위한 클램프가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 링기어의 하단 내측에서 수평방향 돌출형성된 링기어발과, 상기 대차에 측면에 형성된 링기어발 수용홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원스톱형 폐차해체시스템.
