Claims (10)
- 단열재 섬유 사이로 살진균제를 분산하는 단계;상기 단열재 섬유 사이로 첨가제를 분산하여, 상기 첨가제를 상기 살진균제와 조합하고 상기 단열재 섬유 전체로 상기 살진균제 및 상기 첨가제를 분배하는 단계로서, 상기 첨가제는 결합제 또는 결합제 용액을 포함하는 단계; 및상기 단열재 섬유를 서로 결합시키기 위해서 상기 단열재 섬유로 상기 첨가제를 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제조물의 성형 스테이지에서 상기 단열재 섬유를 성형하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 단열재 섬유 사이로 상기 살진균제를 분산한 뒤 상기 성형된 단열재 섬유 사이로 상기 첨가제를 분산하는 단계와, 상기 단열재 섬유로 상기 분산된 첨가제를 부착하기 전에 무작위 분배 또는 균일 배분 분배로 상기 단열재 섬유를 축적하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 단열재 섬유 사이로 상기 살진균제를 분산하기 전에 상기 살진균제를 물에 분산하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 단열재 섬유 사이로 상기 살진균제를 분산하기 전에 유화제가 함유된 물에서 상기 살진균제의 분산을 안정화하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 첨가제의 단위 계량 및 상기 단열재 섬유의 단위 계량에 상대적으로 상기 살진균제의 농도를 제어하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,매트를 성형하기 위해서 상기 단열재 섬유를 축적하는 단계와, 상기 단열재 섬유를 서로 결합시키는 경화된 결합제를 제공할 수 있도록 상기 첨가제를 경화하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 매트를 수증기 지연재로 축적하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 매트를 살진균제를 갖는 수증기 지연재로 축적하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 매트를 조각으로 제조함으로써, 분무형 단열재를 성형하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 섬유 단열재를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 섬유 단열재.
