Abstract

本发明涉及一种物理抗菌纸的制造方法。本发明采用了如下制造工艺:抗菌纸的制造方法,依次按以下步骤实行:将抗菌材料在配料器中充分稀释,是为喷液;在纸机的干燥部这前或干燥部中间的适当部分,将喷液均匀地喷洒在湿纸幅上;常规干燥。水与抗菌材料的重量比为100∶0.5—2.5。本发明工艺简便,只须添置喷雾设备,工序简便易操作。成本低廉,与传统纸类产品比较,本发明的抗菌纸仅增加成本4—6%。

Description

一种抗菌纸的制造方法
本发明涉及一种物理抗菌纸的制造方法。
传统纸类产品均不具备抗菌功能。细菌污染后的纸类产品不仅容易发生霉变而影响其使用质量,同时可成为许多病菌的传播媒体;以细菌污染后的纸质包装品包装仪器或药品,可直接引起内盛物的变质。
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌纸的制造方法,依该方法制成的纸类产品,具有永久性的抗菌功能,预防病菌通过纸类产品而传播。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下制造工艺:抗菌纸的制造方法,依次按以下步骤实行:(1)将抗菌材料在配料器中充分稀释,是为喷液;(2)在纸机的干燥部这前或干燥部中间的适当部分,将喷液均匀地喷洒在湿纸幅上;(3)常规干燥。喷液浓度:水与抗菌材料的重量比为100∶0.5-2.5
由于采用了上述工艺,本发明制成的抗菌纸的抗菌功能是永久性的。工艺简便,本发明只须添置喷雾设备,工序简便易操作。成本低廉,与传统纸类产品比较,本发明的抗菌纸仅增加成本4-6%。
下面结合实施例对本发明的工艺作进一步描述。
实施例1:在喷雾配料器中加入抗菌材料1kg、水100kg,常
温下充分搅拌使稀释;纸机保持常规车速及干燥温度;在干燥
部之前,将上述稀释液经雾化喷头均匀地喷洒在湿纸页上;干
燥后常规分切包装。

1、一种抗菌纸的制造方法,依次按以下步骤实行:(1)将抗菌材料在配料器中充分稀释,是为喷液;(2)在纸机的干燥部这前或干燥部中间的适当部分,将喷液均匀地喷洒在湿纸幅上;(3)常规干燥。
2、如权利要求1所述的抗菌纸的制造方法,其特征在于喷液浓度:水与抗菌材料的重量比为100∶0.5-2.5
