- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 표시유닛은 워크에 대하여 잘못된 수작업처리가 시행된 경우에, 그 잘못된 수작업처리를 통지하는 정보를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 표시유닛은 지령을 보내기 위한 조작구를 포함하며 상기 복수의 수작업에리어의 각각에 대응하여 복수 배치되고,상류측에 위치하는 상기 수작업에리어에서 워크에 잘못된 수작업처리가 시행된 것이 하류측에 위치하는 상기 수작업에리어에서 확인되었을 때, 상류측에 위치하는 상기 표시유닛은 하류측에 위치하는 상기 표시유닛의 조작구의 조작에 의해, 그 잘못된 처리를 통지하는 정보를 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 복수의 자동처리기에 각각 대응하는 영역에는 상기 메인반송라인과 상기 셔틀반송라인을 연결하여 워크를 반송하는 연결반송라인이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 복수의 자동처리기에 각각 대응하는 영역에는 상기 메인반송라인과 상기 셔틀반송라인을 연결하여 워크를 반송하는 연결반송라인이 설치되고,상기 연결반송라인은 상기 메인반송라인으로부터 상기 셔틀반송라인을 향하는 연결반출라인과, 상기 셔틀반송라인으로부터 상기 메인반송라인을 향하는 연결반입라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,워크의 처리에 관한 전체의 제어를 담당하는 제어수단을 가지고,상기 복수의 자동처리기에 각각 대응하는 영역에는 상기 메인반송라인과 상기 셔틀반송라인을 연결하여 워크를 반송하는 연결반송라인이 설치되고,상기 제어수단은 워크에 대하여 잘못된 수작업처리가 시행된 경우에, 그 워크를 다시 잘못된 처리가 시행된 수작업에리어로 복귀시키도록, 상기 연결반송라인 및 셔틀을 구동제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,워크의 처리에 관한 전체의 제어를 담당하는 제어수단을 가지고,상기 복수의 자동처리기에 각각 대응하는 영역에는 상기 메인반송라인과 상기 셔틀반송라인을 연결하여 워크를 반송하는 연결반송라인이 설치되고,상기 표시유닛은 지령을 보내기 위한 조작구를 포함하며 상기 복수의 수작업에리어의 각각에 대응하여 복수 배치되고,상류측에 위치하는 상기 수작업에리어에서 워크에 잘못된 처리가 시행된 것이 하류측에 위치하는 상기 수작업에리어에서 확인되었을 때, 상기 제어수단은 하류측에 위치하는 상기 표시유닛의 조작구의 조작에 따른 지령에 의해, 그 워크를 다시 잘못된 처리가 시행된 수작업에리어로 돌려보내도록, 상기 연결반송라인 및 셔틀을 구동제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 복수의 자동처리기 및 상기 셔틀반송라인은 하나의 관련하는 자동처리스테이션을 형성하고,상기 복수의 수작업에리어 및 상기 표시유닛은 하나의 관련하는 수작업스테이션을 형성하고,상기 자동처리스테이션 및 수작업스테이션은 상기 메인반송라인을 따라서, 복수개소에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 복수의 자동처리기 및 상기 셔틀반송라인은 하나의 관련하는 자동처리스테이션을 형성하고,상기 복수의 수작업에리어 및 상기 표시유닛은 하나의 관련하는 수작업스테이션을 형성하고,상기 자동처리스테이션 및 수작업스테이션은 상기 메인반송라인을 따라서 복수개소에 배치되어,상기 복수개소에 배치된 자동처리스테이션에 포함되는 각각의 셔틀반송라인은 상호 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 표시유닛은 상기 메인반송라인을 따르도록, 그 상방에 배치된 가이드부재에 대하여 고정 및 이동이 자유롭게 수직하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 자동처리기는 엔진의 실린더블록 또는 실린더헤드에 대하여, 부품의 착탈, 나사체결, 또는 나사이완의 적어도 하나의 조립처리를 자동적으로 시행하는 조립기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산시스템.
