Description
Claims (7)
- 온도조절된 항온의 순환액을 펌프에 의해 공급하는 관로와, 상기 펌프를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비한 항온액 공급장치, 및, 상기 관로의 입구와 출구에 배관의 양단을 접속시켜 상기 순환액에 의해 온도조절되는 외부장치를 구비하고, 이 외부장치의 배관과 상기 관로에 의해 상기 순환액이 환류하는 순환유로가 형성되어 있는 항온액 순환장치에 있어서,상기 순환유로에, 상기 외부장치의 배관의 압력상승 예측점의 압력검출을 행하는 복수의 압력센서를 설치하고,상기 컨트롤러에, 상기 압력센서에 의한 검출압력이 상기 컨트롤러에 미리 설정된 압력상한 설정값을 초과하지 않도록, 상기 압력센서의 출력에 기초해서 상기 외부장치의 배관에 공급하는 상기 순환액의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 제어기능을 갖게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러가, 상기 펌프의 회전수를 인버터에 의해 제어함으로써 상기 순환액의 압력을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항온액 공급장치의 관로의 출구와 입구를 연통시키는 바이패스 유로를 형성함과 아울러, 상기 바이패스 유로에 상기 바이패스 유로를 흐르는 액체의 유량을 조정하는 전동밸브를 설치하고,상기 컨트롤러에서 상기 전동밸브를 제어하여 상기 바이패스 유로를 흐르는 액체의 유량을 조정함으로써, 상기 외부장치의 배관을 흐르는 순환액의 유량을 제어하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전동밸브가 전동 3방향밸브이고, 이 전동 3방향밸브가, 상기 항온액 공급장치의 관로의 출구로부터 외부장치의 배관과 바이패스 유로가 분기하는 분기점에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서가, 항온액 공급장치의 관로의 출구와 입구에 대한 바이패스 유로의 접합점보다 외부장치측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항온액 공급장치의 관로의 출구에, 상기 출구로부터 외부장치의 배관에 흐르는 순환액의 유량을 제어하는 전동 비례밸브를 설치하고,상기 컨트롤러의 제어기능이, 상기 전동 비례밸브의 제어에 의해 외부장치의 배관에 흐르는 액체의 유량을 제어하는 기능인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서가 상기 전동 비례밸브의 하류측에서 항온액 공급장치의 온도조절부에 이르는 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부장치의 배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
