Description
Claims (7)
- 온도조절된 항온의 순환액을 펌프에 의해 공급하는 관로를 구비하고, 상기 관로의 입구와 출구에, 상기 순환액에 의해 온도조절되는 외부장치에 있어서 상기 순환액의 유로를 형성하는 배관의 양단을 각각 접속시켜, 상기 순환액이 환류하는 순환유로를 형성하는 항온액 순환장치에 있어서,상기 항온액 순환장치의 동작을 제어하는 컨트롤러에, 상기 순환유로에 설치되어 외부장치에 있어서의 배관의 압력상승 예측점의 압력검출을 행하는 임의수의 압력센서의 출력에 기초해서, 그 검출압력이 상기 컨트롤러에 미리 설정된 압력상한 설정값을 초과하지 않도록 외부장치의 배관에 공급하는 순환액의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 제어기능을 갖게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러에 있어서의 순환액의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 제어기능이, 상기 펌프의 회전수를 인버터에 의해 제어해서 상기 순환유로에 공급하는 순환액의 압력을 제어하는 기능인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항온액 순환장치에 있어서의 관로의 출구와 입구를 연통시키는 바이패스 유로를 형성함과 아울러, 상기 바이패스 유로에 그곳을 흐르는 액체의 유량을 조정해서 외부장치에 있어서의 상기 배관을 흐르는 순환액의 유량을 제어하는 전동밸브를 설치하고,상기 컨트롤러에 있어서의 순환액의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 제어기능이, 상기 전동밸브의 제어에 의해 바이패스 유로를 흐르는 액체의 유량을 제어하는 기능인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전동밸브가 상기 항온액 순환장치에 있어서의 관로의 출구에 있어서의, 상기 외부장치의 배관과 상기 바이패스 유로의 분기점에 설치된 전동 3방향밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서가 항온액 순환장치의 관로의 출구와 입구에 있어서의 바이패스 유로의 접합점보다 외부장치측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항온액 순환장치에 있어서의 관로의 출구에, 그곳을 통과해서 외부장치의 배관에 흐르는 순환액의 유량을 제어하는 전동 비례밸브를 설치하고,상기 컨트롤러에 있어서의 순환액의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 제어기능이, 상기 전동 비례밸브의 제어에 의해 외부장치의 배관에 흐르는 액체의 유량을 제어하는 기능인 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력센서가 상기 전동 비례밸브의 하류측에서 항온액 순환장치에 있어서의 온도조절부에 이르는 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부배관 보호기능을 갖는 항온액 순환장치.
