Claims (69)
- 섬유를 용액 온도가 65℃ 초과인 수용액 중에서 예정된 체류 시간 동안 압력 적용 없이 가공하는 단계; 및섬유의 세공 및 중공(lumen)으로부터의 불순물 확산이 용이해지고 잔류 화학적 산소 요구량(COD: Chemical Oxygen Demand) 불순물이 제거되도록 용액을 교반시키는 단계를 포함하는, 섬유 강화 시멘트 복합 재료의 제조를 위해 셀룰로스 섬유의 불순물을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유를 수용액 중에서 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 침지시키고 역류 세척함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액 온도가 65℃ 내지 120℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 1 내지 36시간인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 일련의 세척 시스템내에서 침지시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 일련의 세척 시스템 각각에서 30분 내지 2시간 동안 침지시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 6개 이하의 반응기내에서 침지시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응기가 표백 타워인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 세척기, 저장 탱크, 반응기, 혼합기, 교반기, 펌프, 원심분리기 및 필터 프레스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 세척 시스템내에서 섬유를 가공함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 표백 반응기, 표백된 원료 세척기, 펄프 이송 펌프, 펄프 분산/확산 스크류 공급기, 원료 혼합기 및 교반기, 표백된 원료 저장 타워 및 표백된 원료 덱커로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 세척 시스템내에서 가공함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물이 COD 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가, COD 화합물과 반응하여 COD 화합물이 수용액 중에서 보다 가용성이 되도록 만드는 1종 이상의 화학물질을 용액에 유입함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 화학물질이 산소, 오존 및 과산화수소, 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 화학물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유를 가공하는 단계가 섬유를 수용액 중에서 1% 내지 35%의 펄프 농도(consistency)로 유지시킴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 가공 단계 전에 섬유를 갈색 원료 세척기 시스템(brown stock washer system)내에서 세척함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 섬유의 갈색 원료 세척기 시스템내에서의 세척이 섬유를 65℃ 초과의 온도에서 세척함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 섬유의 갈색 원료 세척기 시스템내에서의 세척이 섬유로부터 불순물의 대부분을 제거하는 것인 방법.
- 탈리그닌화 섬유 물질을 제공하는 단계;탈리그닌화 섬유 물질을 섬유 펄프로 전환시키는 단계;펄프로부터 COD 성분의 대부분을 제거하도록 하는 방식으로 펄프를 65℃ 초과의 승온에서 압력 적용 없이 세척하는 단계; 및펄프를 추가의 세척 사이클로 가공하여, 잔류 COD 불순물을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 펄프화 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 펄프를 추가의 세척 사이클에서 가공하는 단계가 펄프를 65℃ 초과의 승온에서 예정된 체류 시간 동안 역류수에 침지시킴을 포함하는 펄프화 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 탈리그닌화 섬유 물질을 제공하는 단계가 침엽수(softwood), 활엽수(hardwood), 농산 원료 및 리그노셀룰로스 원료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 섬유 물질을 탈리그닌화시킴을 포함하는 펄프화 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 펄프를 추가의 세척 사이클에서 가공하는 단계가, 펄프 중의 COD 화합물과 반응하여 COD 화합물이 수용액 중에서 보다 가용성이 되도록 만드는 화학물질을 첨가함을 포함하는 펄프화 방법.
- 오븐 건조 펄프 1톤당 5kg 미만의 COD 함량을 포함하며, 상기 COD 함량은 압력 적용 없이 65℃ 초과의 승온에서 셀룰로스 섬유를 세척하여 감소된 것인, COD 함량이 낮은 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 섬유의 적어도 일부분이 오븐 건조 펄프 1톤당 5kg 미만의 COD 함량을 갖는 셀룰로오스 섬유이며, 상기 COD 함량은 압력 적용 없이 65℃ 초과의 승온에서 셀룰로스 섬유를 세척하여 제공된 것인, 강화 섬유를 혼입한 복합 건축 재료.
- 제25항에 있어서, 시멘트계 매트릭스를 추가로 포함하는 복합 건축 재료.
- 제26항에 있어서, 시멘트계 매트릭스가 개별화 셀룰로스 섬유를 혼입하고 오토클레이빙 처리한 것인 복합 건축 재료.
- 제25항에 있어서, 강화 섬유가 펄프화 방법에 의해 리그노셀룰로스 재료의 셀룰로스 펄프로부터 제조된 셀룰로스 섬유인 복합 건축 재료.
