Claims (2)
- パルプから抽出した複数の抽出液のCODと、前記CODに対応するパルプを配合するセメント成形材料を用いて製造された複数のセメント硬化体の曲げ物性との関係を示す検量線を作成し、製造予定のセメント硬化体のセメント成形材料における配合割合と同じになるように、使用予定のパルプを水酸化カルシウム飽和水溶液に添加して混練水を調製し、90℃、8時間の条件で加熱処理した後の前記混練水のCODを測定し、このCODから前記検量線を用いて前記製造予定のセメント硬化体の曲げ物性を予測して、前記使用予定のパルプの適否を評価することを特徴とするセメント硬化体用パルプの評価方法。
- 前記複数の抽出液は、単一の抽出液を希釈又は濃縮してCODを異ならせたものであり、前記CODに対応するパルプは、同種のパルプに前記複数の抽出液をそれぞれ吸着させて得られたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント硬化体用パルプの評価方法。
