Description
Claims (10)
- 양극심재 및 상기 양극심재에 담지된 양극 합제층을 포함한 양극,음극심재 및 상기 음극심재에 담지된 음극 합제층을 포함한 음극,세퍼레이터,탄산에스테르를 포함한 비수용매와, 상기 비수용매에 용해하는 용질을 포함한 비수전해액, 및상기 양극 및 상기 음극의 적어도 한쪽의 표면에 접착된 다공막을 구비하고,상기 다공막이 무기 필러 및 막결착제를 포함하고,상기 막결착제의 용해도 파라미터가, 상기 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터와 1이상 다른, 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 막결착제가 열가교형 수지의 경화물을 포함한 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열가교형 수지가 일액형인 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산에스테르를 포함한 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터가 11.5∼14인 리튬이온 2차전지.
- 전극활물질과 전극결착제를 포함한 전극 합제를, 전극용 분산매와 혼합하여, 전극 합제 슬러리를 조제하는 공정,상기 전극 합제 슬러리를, 전극심재에 도포하고, 상기 도포된 슬러리를 건조시켜, 전극 합제층을 형성하는 공정,탄산에스테르를 포함한 비수용매에 용질을 용해시켜, 비수전해액을 조제하는 공정,무기 필러와 막결착제를 포함한 막용 합제를, 막용 분산매와 혼합하여, 다공막 페이스트를 조제하는 공정,상기 다공막 페이스트를, 상기 전극 합제층의 표면에 도포하고, 상기 도포된 페이스트를 건조시켜, 다공막을 형성하는 공정, 및상기 다공막을 가지는 상기 전극과 상기 비수전해액을 이용하여, 전지를 조립하는 공정을 구비하고,상기 막결착제의 용해도 파라미터가, 상기 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터와 1이상 다른, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 막결착제가 열가교형 수지를 포함한, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 열가교형 수지가 일액형인, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산에스테르를 포함한 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터가 11.5∼14인, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전극용 분산매의 용해도 파라미터가, 상기 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터와 1 이상 다른, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 막용 분산매의 용해도 파라미터가, 상기 비수용매의 용해도 파라미터와 1 이상 다른, 리튬이온 2차전지의 제조방법.
