Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 페닐알킬 메탄설포네이트와 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 알킬 5-아미노살리실레이트를 반응시켜 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 알킬 2-하이드록시-5-페닐알킬아미노벤조에이트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 2-하이드록시-5-페닐알킬아미노벤조산 유도체 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법:<화학식 1><화학식 2><화학식 3><화학식 4>상기 화학식 1~4에서, n은 1~4의 정수이며, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 탄소수 1~4의 할로알킬, 니트로, 하이드록시, 탄소수 1~4의 알킬, 탄소수 1~4의 알콕시 또는 아민이고, A는 수소 또는 탄소수 1~3의 알킬이며, B는 수소 또는 아세틸임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 페닐알킬 메탄설포네이트와 화학식 2로 표시되는 알킬 5-아미노살리실레이트의 반응온도는 60~90℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 화학식 3으로 표시되는 알킬 2-하이드록시-5-페닐알킬아미노벤조에이트를 황산 수용액을 포함하는 용매하에서 가수분해하여 2-하이드록시-5-페닐알킬아미노벤조산 황산화물(sulfate)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 형성된 2-하이드록시-5-페닐알킬아미노벤조산 황산화물 (sulfate)을 pH 3~3.5로 조절하여 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 2-(4-트리플루오로메틸페닐)에틸 메탄설포네이트와 알메틸 5-아미노살리실레이트의 반응온도는 70~80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 메틸 2-하이드록시-5-[2-(4-트리플루오로메틸페닐)에틸아미노]벤조에이트를 황산 수용액을 포함하는 용매에 용해시킨 후에 가수분해하여 2-하이드록시-5-[2-(4-트리플루오로메틸페닐)에틸아미노]벤조산 황산화물 (sulfate)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 형성된 2-하이드록시-5-[2-(4-트리플루오로메틸페닐)에틸아미노]벤조산 황산화물 (sulfate)를 pH 3~3.5로 조절하여 정제하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
