Claims (7)
- 질량%로, C: 0.001 내지 0.005%, Si: 0.010 내지 0.040%, Mn: 0.05 내지 0.25%, P: 0.010 내지 0.030%를 포함하되, 상기 Si, Mn 및 P는 0.030% ≤ Si + P + Mn/20 ≤ 0.070%를 만족하도록 함유하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 강판의 적어도 한쪽 면 위에, ζ상 두께가 0.01 내지 0.5 ㎛이며 Γ상 두께가 1.5 ㎛ 이하인 합금화 용융아연 도금층을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,강판 조성이 질량%로 Ti: 0.010 내지 0.060%, Nb: 0.005 내지 0.040% 중의 1종 또는 2종을 추가로 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Ti 및 Nb가 질량%로 0.015% ≤ Ti + Nb ≤ 0.050%, 및 0.010% ≥ Ti - (48C/12 + 48S/32 + 48N/14)의 관계를 만족하도록 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강판이 질량%로 Sb: 0.001 내지 0.10%를 추가로 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도금층은, 부착량이 25 내지 60 g/㎡이고, Fe 함유율이 9 내지 14%이고 나머지가 Zn 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 도금층은, 부착량이 25 내지 60 g/㎡이고, Fe 함유율이 9 내지 14%이고 나머지가 Zn 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판.
- 질량%로, C: 0.001 내지 0.005%, Si: 0.010 내지 0.040%, Mn: 0.05 내지 0.25%, P: 0.010 내지 0.030%를 포함하되, 상기 Si, Mn 및 P는 0.030% ≤ Si + P + Mn/20 ≤ 0.070%를 만족하도록 함유하고, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 강판의 적어도 한쪽 면 위에, Al 농도가 0.135 내지 0.145%인 아연 도금욕으로 용융아연 도금을 실시하고, 500 내지 520℃의 온도에서 10 내지 15초 합금화 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표면 외관 및 프레스 성형성이 우수한 합금화 용융아연 도금 강판의 제조방법.
