Claims (18)
- 양극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 양극 집전체를 갖는 양극과, 음극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 음극 집전체를 갖는 음극, 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 형성되며 또한 대향하는 세로 측부들과 대향하는 둥근 가로 측부들 사이로 연장하는 폴리머 전해질을 포함하는 권회 전지 소자를 구비하며,권회축과 수직인 상기 전지 소자의 세로 측부들의 단면은 상기 대향하는 둥근 가로 측부들 사이에서 만곡 형상을 가지며, 각각의 세로 측부의 곡면들은 서로 평행하며,상기 전지 소자는 라미네이트 필름으로 밀봉되며,상기 라미네이트 필름은 만곡 형상을 가지며, 상기 만곡 형상의 일부분은 평탄하며,상기 라미네이트 필름은 한 쌍의 폴리올레핀 수지 필름 사이에 삽입된 알루미늄 박막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 전해질은 겔형 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
- 양극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 양극 집전체를 갖는 양극과, 음극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 음극 집전체를 갖는 음극, 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 형성되는 폴리머 전해질을 포함하는 권회 전지 소자를 구비하며, 상기 전지 소자는 제 1 세로면과 대향하는 제 2 세로면을 추가로 포함하며,상기 제 1 세로면은 권회축과 수직이며, 반원 형상을 가지며,상기 제 2 세로면은 상기 권회축과 평행하며, 직선 형상을 가지며,라미네이트 필름이 상기 전지 소자를 밀봉하며, 상기 라미네이트 필름은 한 쌍의 폴리올레핀 수지 필름 사이에 삽입된 알루미늄 박막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 전해질은 겔형 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 세로면은 상기 권회축과 수직 방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
- 대향하는 세로 측부들과 대향하는 둥근 가로 측부들을 포함하는 권회 전지 소자를 구비하는 폴리머 전해질 전지로서, 상기 권회 전지 소자는,양극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 양극 집전체를 갖는 양극과,음극 활성 물질층이 형성되는 2개의 측부를 갖는 긴 음극 집전체를 갖는 음극, 및폴리머 전해질을 포함하며,권회축과 수직인 상기 전지 소자의 단면에서의 하나의 세로 측부의 단면은 상기 대향하는 둥근 가로 측부들 사이에서 원주 방향으로 돌출하는 형태의 만곡 형상을 가지며, 또한, 다른 세로 측부의 단부는 상기 대향하는 둥근 가로 측부들 사이에서 직선 형상을 가지며,상기 전지 소자는 라미네이트 필름으로 밀봉되며,상기 라미네이트 필름은 만곡 형상을 가지며, 상기 만곡 형상의 일부분은 평탄하며,상기 라미네이트 필름은 한 쌍의 폴리올레핀 수지 필름 사이에 삽입된 알루미늄 박막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 전해질 전지.
