Claims (4)
- 오가피잎차의 제조방법에 있어서,오가피잎을 뜨거운 증기에 통과시켜 찌는 증제단계;상기 증제단계를 거친 오가피잎을 냉각시킨 후 비벼주는 제 1 유념단계;상기 제 1 유념단계를 거친 오가피잎을 200 내지 250℃에서 볶아주는 초청단계;상기 초청단계를 거친 오가피잎을 냉각시킨 후 비벼주는 제 2 유념단계;상기 제 2 유념단계를 거친 오가피잎을 30 내지 40℃에서 털어서 풀어지게 하는 중유단계;상기 중유단계를 거친 오가피잎을 30 내지 40℃에서 예비건조시키는 재건단계;상기 재건단계를 거친 오가피잎을 80 내지 120℃에서 건조시키는 건조단계;상기 건조단계를 거친 오가피잎을 오가피잎의 향이 우러나올 수 있도록 100 내지 130℃에서 볶아주는 가향단계;상기 가향단계를 거친 오가피잎을 상온에서 2 내지 5일간 숙성시키는 항온항습숙성단계; 및상기 항온항습숙성단계를 거친 오가피잎을 0 내지 10℃에서 2개월 내지 4개월간 숙성시키는 저온숙성단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오가피잎차의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 증제단계에서 상기 오가피잎을 220 내지 270℃의 증기속을 3 내지 10초 동안 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 오가피잎차의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 항온항습숙성단계후에 숙성된 오가피잎의 향을 머금게 하여 더 우러나올 수 있도록 140 내지 160℃에서 볶아주는 2차 가향단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오가피잎차의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 저온숙성단계후에 숙성된 오가피잎의 향을 머금게 하여 더 우러나올 수 있도록 180 내지 200℃에서 볶아주는 3차 가향단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오가피잎차의 제조방법.
