Claims (10)
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 내층(B층)의 양면에 융착방지성 폴리에스테르 외층(A층)이 적층된 3층(A/B/A) 구조의 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하되, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 일면을 엠보싱 처리하고, 이면을 접합층 및 이형필름이 순차적으로 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 처리가 A층과 B층의 2개층에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합층은 점착제 또는 상기 이형필름에 대한 용이하게 탈부착이 가능할 정도로 접착력이 있는 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 처리가 100 ~ 150 ℃에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 내층은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트의 단독 또는 혼합물과 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 내층은 디카르본산 성분과 디올 성분으로 이루어지되,상기 디카르본산 성분은 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트의 단독 또는 혼합물과, 이소프탈산, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산, 세바스산, 아디프산, 디페닐디카르복실산, 5-제3급 부틸이소프탈산, 2,2,6,6-테트라메틸디페닐-4,4-디카르본산, 1,1,3-트리메틸-3-페닐인단-4,5-디카르본산, 5-나트륨설포이소프탈산, 트리메리트산, 옥살산, 말론산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 피메르산, 아젤라인산, 피로메리트산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실산 또는 1,3-사이클로헥산디카르복실산으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 화합물이 혼합되어 이루어지고,상기 디올 성분은 에틸렌글리콜과 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 헥산디올, 펜탄디올, 2,2-(4-옥시페놀)프로판 유도체의 디올, 키실렌글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,2-부탄디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,2-프로판디올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디 메탄올, 1,3-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)프로판, 비스(4-하이 드록시페닐)설폰, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올 또는 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판디올로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 화합물이 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 융착방지성 폴리에스테르 외층은 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트의 단독 또는 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 내층(B층)을 제조하는 단계;상기 내층의 양면에 융착방지성 폴리에스테르 외층(A층)을 공압출하여 3층(A/B/A) 구조의 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 단계;상기 폴리에스테르 필름 A층과 B층의 2개층을 엠보싱 처리하는 단계;상기 엠보싱 처리층의 이면에 점착제 또는 상기 이형필름에 대해 용이하게 탈부착이 가능할 정도로 접착력이 있는 접착제로 이루어지는 접합층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 접합층에 이형필름을 적층하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 내층은 혼합법 또는 공중합법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 엠보싱 처리단계는 100 ~ 150 ℃에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 윈도우 엠보싱 가공용 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
