Abstract
Description
촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 산화성 코발트 화합물의 함량이 0.1 내지 50중량%이고 산화성 마그네슘 화합물의 함량이 50 내지 99.9중량%인 방법에 관한 본 발명에 의해 성취된다.
Claims (20)
- 흡착 컬럼을 통과한 N2O 함유 폐가스를, N2O를 기체 질소 및 산소로 전환시킬 수 있는 조건하에, 하나 이상의 산화성 코발트 화합물 및 하나 이상의 산화성 마그네슘 화합물을 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시켜 질산을 제조하는 동안에 N2O를 분해시키는 방법으로서,촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 산화성 코발트 화합물의 함량이 0.1 내지 50중량%이고 산화성 마그네슘 화합물의 함량이 50 내지 99.9중량%이며 Co 원자의 30% 이상이 3가 상태로 촉매내에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매내에 존재하는 하나 이상의 코발트 화합물이 페로브스카이트(perovskite) 구조 또는 나선형 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매를 통과하는 기체의 공간 속도가 2000h-1 내지 200,000h-1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매를 통과하는 기체의 압력 범위가 4 내지 12bar임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 반응기 속에서 공정 방향으로 팽창 터빈의 상부스트림(upstream)의 폐가스 스트림내에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매가 팽창 터빈의 상부스트림과 DeNOX 단계의 하부스트림 사이에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 봉입 밀도(envelope density) 범위가, 개별적인 촉매 바디(body)를 기준으로 하여, 0.5 내지 2.5g/㎤임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산화성 코발트 화합물 및 산화성 마그네슘 화합물이 별개의 상으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.

- 제10항에 있어서, 원통형 성형물이고, 방사상 압축 강도 범위가 0.5 내지 10MPa임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 산화성 코발트 화합물 및 산화성 마그네슘 화합물 또는 열처리에 의해 산화 화합물로 전환되는 적합한 전구체를 서로 무수 혼합하여 유동 가능한 혼합물을 제조하고, 당해 유동 가능한 혼합물을 물을 배제시키면서 목적하는 봉입 밀도가 수득될 때까지 치밀화시켜 성형물을 제조하는, 하나 이상의 산화성 마그네슘 화합물과 하나 이상의 산화성 코발트 화합물을 포함하는 촉매의 제조방법으로서,촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 산화성 코발트 화합물의 함량 범위가 0.1 내지 50중량%이고 산화성 마그네슘 화합물의 함량 범위가 50 내지 99.9중량%이며 Co 원자의 30% 이상이 촉매내에 3가 상태로 존재하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 산화성 마그네슘 화합물 및/또는 산화성 코발트 화합물 및/또는 열처리에 의해 산화 화합물로 전환되는 적합한 전구체를 무수 치밀화시키기 전에 별도로 슬러리화시키고, 별도로 과립 분무시켜 치밀화 어셈블리의 자동 충전에 적합한 분말인 유동 가능한 분말로 변형시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 생성된 성형물을 200 내지 700℃의 온도 범위에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
