Claims (15)
- 폴리머 필름을 연신하는 공정을 포함하는 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법으로서,상기 연신 공정에 있어서, 폴리머 필름을 폭방향으로 연신함과 동시에, 그 길이방향으로 수축시키고,연신 전의 폴리머 필름의 폭방향의 길이 및 길이방향의 길이에 기초하여, 상기 연신에 의한 폭방향의 길이의 변화 배율 (STD) 과 상기 수축에 의한 길이방향의 길이의 변화 배율 (SMD) 의 관계는, 하기 식 (1),(1/STD)1/2≤SMD<1 … (1)을 만족하며,기재 상에 폴리머 필름을 직접 형성한 후, 상기 폴리머 필름에 연신 처리 및 수축 처리를 동시에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,SMD 는 0.99 미만인, 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(1/STD)1/2 는 0.99 미만인, 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,STD 가 1.2 인 경우에, SMD 는 0.9 내지 0.92 의 범위인, 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,STD 가 1.3 인 경우에, SMD 는 0.86-0.90 의 범위인, 복굴절 필름의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기재에 연신 처리 및 수축 처리를 동시에 실시함으로써, 상기 기재 상의 폴리머 필름을 연신 및 수축시키는 제조 방법.
