Claims (6)
- 박육 주편을 연속 주조하는 냉각 드럼의 외주면을 가공하는 방법에 있어서, 냉각 드럼의 표면층에 Q스위치 CO2 레이저 펄스를 조사하고, 직경이 50∼200μm, 깊이가 50μm 이상인 세공을, 세공끼리 접하지 않고, 또한, 피치가 100∼500μm가 되는 조건하에서 형성할 때에, Q 스위치 CO2 레이저 펄스의 펄스 에너지를 40∼150mJ, 시간 전폭을 30∼50μsec로 하고, 레이저 빔 집광(集光) 직경을 50∼150μm로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박육 주편 연속 주조용 냉각 드럼의 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드럼의 표면층에, 직경 200∼3000μm, 깊이 80∼250μm의 함몰부를, 상기 레이저 펄스를 조사하기 전에 서로 접하거나 또는 중복을 가진 조건으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박육 주편 연속 주조용 냉각 드럼의 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 레이저 펄스를 조사하기 전의 냉각 드럼의 표면층이, 평활한 곡면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박육 주편 연속 주조용 냉각 드럼의 가공 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 냉각 드럼의 표면에, Ni, Ni-Co, Ni-Co-W, Ni-Fe, Ni-W, Co, Ni-Al, Cr 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 도금을, 상기 레이저 펄스의 조사전 또는 조사후에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박육 주편 연속 주조용 냉각 드럼의 가공 방법.
- 레이저 빔에 의한 금속 재료의 구멍 가공에 앞서 상기 금속 재료의 피가공면에 유지류를 도포재로서 도포하고 펄스 레이저를 조사하여 구멍을 형성하는 금속 재료의 레이저 구멍 가공 방법에 있어서, 조사 레이저 파장에 대한 흡수 계수가 l0mm-1 이하인 도포재를 사용하고, 도포층에서의 레이저 파장의 투과율이 50% 이상이 되도록 도포재의 두께를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 레이저 구멍 가공 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 금속 재료가, 박육 주편 연속 주조용 냉각 드럼의 외주면을 덮는 도금층임을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 레이저 구멍 가공 방법.
