Claims (10)
- i)금속(M1)산화물을 피복시키고자 하는 금속(M2)염 수용액과 접촉 처리하여 혼합액을 제공하는 단계, ii)200 내지 700℃의 반응온도 및 180 내지 550bar의 압력 하에서 상기 접촉 처리된 혼합액을 물과 연속적으로 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 i)과 단계 ii) 사이에 침전제를 첨가하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 침전제는 암모니아수인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속(M1)산화물의 금속(M1)은 Si, Al, Li, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Y, Nb, La, Ti, Zr, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ce, 및 Pr 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속(M2)염의 금속(M2)은 Si, Al, Sc, Ga, Li, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Y, Nb, La, Ti, Zr, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt, Co, Ni, Cu, Ag, Zn, Cd, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, 및 Gd 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속(M2)염은 질산염, 옥살산염, 또는 구연산염인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 i)에서 아크릴산, 카르복실산, 아미노산, 이들의 폴리머 또는 염, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더욱 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 ii)는 연속식 라인혼합기를 적용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 건조, 하소시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속산화물 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조되며, 금속산화물의 코어 및 상기 금속산화물 코어 표면에 금속산화물 초미립자가 코팅된 쉘 구조를 가지며, 코어의 금속산화물 입경이 5nm 내지 5㎛이며, 금속산화물 초미립자 쉘의 입경 이 1nm 내지 100nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅체.
