Description
Claims (7)
- 다중의 냉각 파이프가 가스 파이프 내의 가스 유동 방향에 수직으로 교차하고, 각각의 상기 냉각 파이프 양측 종단이 외측으로 개방된 채 상기 가스 파이프의 외주 벽면을 통해 연장되어 상기 가스 파이프에 고정 배열되며, 냉각 매체를 위한 입력 포트 및 출력 포트가 구비된 냉각 주머니가 다수의 상기 냉각 매체 파이프 축 방향 양측에서 상기 가스 파이프 외측 표면의 적어도 일부에 고정되며, 상기 가스 파이프 내부의 가스가 상기 쿨링 파이프를 흐르는 냉각 매체에 의해 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제1항에서,상기 냉각 파이프는 그 외주면에 나선형 핀 또는 디스크형 핀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 가스 파이프 내부의 가스 유동에 평행하며 상기 냉각 파이프에 수직한 적어도 하나의 플레이트 핀이 냉각 파이프가 고정 배열된 상기 가스 파이프의 열 교환 영역에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 냉각 파이프가 삽입되는 상기 플레이트 핀의 관통 홀에는 돌출 벽이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 플레이트 핀에는 루버(louver), 관통 홀, 핀(pin)형 핀 및 불규칙부 중 적어도 하나가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각 파이프가 고정 배열되는 상기 EGR 가스 파이프의 열 교환 영역에 구비되는 물결형 시트를 더 포함하되, 상기 상기 물결형 시트는 라운드형 첨단을 가지며, 상기 EGR 가스 파이프의 가스 유동과 평행하고 상기 냉각 파이프에 수직한 가스 냉각 기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각 파이프가 고정 배열되는 상기 EGR 가스 파이프의 열 교환 영역에 구비되는 물결형 시트를 더 포함하되, 상기 상기 물결형 시트는 상기 EGR 가스 파이프의 가스 유동과 평행한 평면형 첨단 및 불규칙형 격벽을 정의하는 상기 첨단 사이의 평면형 표면을 포함하는 가스 냉각 기구.
