Claims (16)
- (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2-y'/2-y"/2)Fe2O3·yTiO2·y'ZnO·y"CoO로 표현되는 육방정구조를 구비하는 페라이트를 주상으로 하는 자석분말이고,x, y, y' 및 y"은 몰비를 표시하고,0.1≤x≤0.3,0.01≤y≤0.3,0<y'≤0.3,0.1≤y"≤0.4,5.5≤n≤6.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말.
- 제1항 기재의 자석분말을 포함하는 본드자석.
- 제1항 기재의 자석분말에서 형성되는 소결자석으로써,CaO 및 SiO2를 포함하고, 그 첨가량은 각각CaO: 0.3wt% 이상, 1.5wt% 이하,SiO2: 0.2wt% 이상, 1.0wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결자석.
- SrCO3 및 Fe2O3의 원료분말에 대하여, La, Ti, Zn 및 Co의 각각의 산화분말을 첨가한 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과;상기 원료혼합분말을 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2-y'/2-y"/2)Fe2O3·yTiO2·y'ZnO·y"CoO(0.1≤x≤0.3, 0.01≤y≤0.3, 0<y'≤0.3, 0.1≤y"≤0.4, 5.5≤n≤6.5)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의제조방법.
- SrCO3 및 Fe2O3의 원료분말에 대하여, La, Ti, Zn 및 Co의 각각의 산화물분말을 첨가한 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2-y'/2-y"/2)Fe2O3·yTiO2·y'ZnO·y"CoO(0.1≤x≤0.3, 0.01≤y≤0.3, 0<y'≤0.3, 0.1≤y"≤0.4, 5.5≤n≤6.5)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 가소체를 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제4항 기재의 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 가소체에 CaO 및 SiO2(CaO:0.3wt% 이상, 1.5wt% 이하, SiO2:0.2wt% 이상 1.0wt% 이하)를 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 가소체혼합분말을 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가소는 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가소는 1300℃ 이상 1400℃ 이하의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을 성형. 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제3항 기재의 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을 성형. 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 자석분말을 열처리하는 공정과,상기 열처리된 자석분말을 본드자석으로 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 700℃ 이상 1100℃ 이하의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석의 제조방법.
