Claims (13)
- (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2)Fe2O3·yCoO로 표현되는 페라이트의 주상을 구비하는 자석분말로서;x 및 y는 몰비를 표시하고,0.1 ≤x ≤0.4,0.1 ≤y ≤0.4,5.5 ≤n ≤6.5 이고,결정C축을 따라 상향 또는 하향의 상태에 있는 Fe의 자기모멘트 가운데 사이트수가 많은 방향의 자기모멘트를 가지는 Fe가 Co로 치환되고, 동시에 실온에 있어서 이방성 자계((HA)가 1750kA/m 이상에서, 포화자화(σs)가 84.78㎼bm/kg 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1350℃를 넘는 온도에서 가소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 기재된 자석분말을 포함하는 본드자석.
- 제1항에 기재된 자석분말로 형성되는 소결자석.
- SrCO3및 Fe2O3의 분말에 대하여, La 및 Co의 각각의 산화물 분말을 첨가한 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 1350℃를 넘는 온도이고, 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2)Fe2O3·yCoO(0.1 ≤x ≤0.4, 0.1 ≤y ≤0.4, 5.5 ≤n ≤6.5)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 가소체를 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- SrCO3및 Fe2O3의 분말에 대하여, La 및 Co의 각각의 산화물 분말을 첨가한 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과;상기 원료혼합분말을 1350℃를 넘는 온도이고 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)SrO·(x/2)La2O3·(n-y/2)Fe2O3·yCoO(0.1 ≤x ≤0.4, 0.1 ≤y ≤0.4, 5.5 ≤n ≤6.5)의 조성을 가지는 페라이트의 가소체를 형성하는 공정과;상기 가소체를 분쇄하고, 페라이트 자석분말을 형성하는 공정; 그리고상기 페라이트 자석분말을 성형. 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.

- (1-x)AO·(x/2)B2O3·(n-y/2)Fe2O3·yCoO로 표현되는 페라이트의 주상을 구비하는 자석분말로서;원소 A는 Sr, Ba, Ca 및 Pb에서 선택되는 적어도 한종류의 원소이고,원소 B는 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi에서 선택되는 적어도 한종류의 원소를 포함하고,x 및 y는 몰비를 표시하고,0.1 ≤x ≤0.4,0.1 ≤y ≤0.4,5.5 ≤n ≤6.5 이며,결정의 C축을 따라 하향 또는 상향의 상태로 있는 Fe의 자기모멘트 가운데 사이트수가 많은 방향의 자기모멘트를 가지는 Fe가 Co로 치환되고, 동시에 실온에 있어서 이방성 자계((HA)가 1750kA/m 이상에서, 포화자화(σs)가 84.78㎼bm/kg 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석분말.
